I just dropped in for a quick browse and Sam the Manager helped me find what I was looking for. He asked me if I needed a new phone. In fact, I did and so did my husband. He went above and beyond to get us new phones and a new account with Virgin Mobile. Saved us money immediately. He walked me through the entire process, step by step and personally made sure that the transfer went flawlessly. I would highly recommend dropping in and browsing. It's amazing what you can walk away with. Best shopping experience ever. Don't forget to ask for Sam!

I called the source because.. Walmart for the last 7 years i think? I have Always been able to walk in electronic department and ask for public mobile sim chip for purchase.. well not anymore? Sent my parents that way after getting there new phones.. So the source offered cool providers but not what we were looking for. I found lots of options for delivery from Amazon..

I was in the source in hanober today for a new phone. Sam was an AMAZING helper & has the best customer service I've ever seen in anybody! I recommend people asking for Sam when they go, this man is just pure amazing & will tell you the truth on a phone even if you don't want to hear it. He makes sure you have nothing but the best! Please give Sam a well deserved raise!!

Honest one of the worst reviews I have ever had to write. I have over thousands of public views on my reviews I have publicly left on public places. Almost all my reviews I have had to write was positive giving the business a little positively. But unfortunately I’ve had to come to this. Just one of the worst costumer service I had to deal with when I reached the inside of their store.

Had a wonderful experience at this location today. I went in after great disappointment in a different store and was helped by Sam. He was able to help me find a new phone and plan for a great deal and was able to make me laugh. His associate River was also a help as we got all the details in order.This store has my business now for sure. Great caring employees really make for a fantastic tripThank you so Much!

Fantastic and amazing service. Brought four kids four and under into the store and staff treated us with respect, understanding and were incredibly helpful.Hummed and hawed over buying laptops and other products and Sam fielded every question thoroughly and didn't get tired of trying to find us the best deal. When time came to deal with phones and warranty Riley helped out splendidly as well and smoothed things out. Fantastic team. Great customer service.Happy with products purchased, work superbly and bought at a solid price. A great shopping experience and no regrets with the buys.Definitely will go again for any tech needs.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Was told it was by appointment only and he was closing the store early. No one was in the store at the time. This was at 330pm posted close says 6pm. Told he didn't have pass words to log into virgin so he couldn't help me. Lost a half days work for this. Tried calling ahead but number is not working.
