I have been a customer for a long time. The repairs as always were excellent however the can do attitude has changed it s a different vibe now. There was an incident with the treatment of my car and sadly I needed to compromise 50 50 to get the needed job done after much heated debate. No one needed to take responsibility just find a quick conciliatory way to get the job done. I know that is the intention of the senior management it just needs to permeate the company in a better way.

Please Do not use this body shop, the way they treat your car would match the energy of a comedy show. They are reckless, ignorant & negligent with your investment, and will have you regretting your decision to ever take your car there!If you value your car, please do not take your vehicle to this body shop!! Upon my first arrival, I was told that they could paint my back bumper properly, unfortunately this was back in march, and I am still dealing with them about the paint, as they still cannot get the paint close to OEM standards. These guys do not care about your vehicle and will DAMAGE your vehicle in the process. My first visit with these guys resulted in scratched driver quarter panel, to which they were absolutely clueless about how it happened. My most recent visit with them was by far the WORST as they managed to damage every panel on my car, except for the roof and passenger doors; keep in mind my vehicle was only there to get the back bumper repainted… the worst part about this is, they have the audacity to tell you your car is ready for pick up & then play clueless when you ask them what happened to your car once the scratches are found.

I got my car back on June 27th but there are few issues is not fixed, noticeable gap and things they said they did but did not.I was at the shop on June 28th Wednesday for the car re-adjust and inform will take three hours for the repair they agree for me to come again next week Tuesday and will have the loaner vehicle ready.Today July 4th Tuesday however the loaner vehicle is not available and I have to come again next time.I do not think this is good communication in Richmond autobody and it is not a pleasant experience.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. The reception staff doesn't know how to handle customers. They don't pass on any information. They just say something and hang up the phone. I gave my car to the shop for repair, and they specifically said 4-5 working days for repair. They took over two weeks without giving any updates. I tried to contact them many times, and they were very unprofessional. I had to cancel my work and stay home, waiting for their call to pick up the car, but nobody called. The next day, when I called, they told me the same unclear stuff, saying that your car would be ready by today, but they gave no time or specific explanations. We rented a car from them and paid a huge amount for the private insurance, thinking it was for 4 or 5 days. Now that we had to pay a lot of money just because they were not able to give any updates on the repair time, They are just making money by renting cars and stuff. No customer service at all. I requested to talk with the manager, and they put me on hold for a long time. I had to disconnect and get back to work.

Excellent high quality work.Friendly and professional staff.Courtesy cars available if needed with the attached Hertz location. In my particular case the vehicle was provided at no cost.The staff at the Hertz office were also friendly and helpful.Very impressed overall.You may have to wait to get an available repair slot to book in your vehicle due to how busy they are currently.The repair itself may take more time than budgeted for but the results make the extra waiting time well worth it.If ever I need a body shop/repair in the future, I know where I will be going.

Top marks! I was involved in a terrible collision and the whole network of staff at OpenRoad Richmond Auto body were helpful and accommodating. It felt like a seamless experience. Even though it took a few months to get my car back due to supply chain issues from my EV manufacturer, I was provided a courtesy car and regular updates all along the way. Front desk staff were particularly kind and lovely. I will definitely come here again for any future vehicle repairs or maintenance. Thank you OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body.

Had a minor issue to address and I thought it would end in another appoinment and a charge. Ricky looked at it and said I can likely address this with some elbow grease, can you give me 10 minutes? I did, and he was great. Problem addressed in a professional and courteous manner. Well done!

I called today to see if they can fix my car. The girl on the phone called Kelly was very rude to me and refused to transfer me to the manager. She hang up on me instead!!! People like that should not be office receptionists - so unprofessional! If the manager of his auto body sees this, I hope you get in touch with me and have a good talk with your employee. What a terrible service from a get go.Actor, thank you for picking up the phone and willing to listen and help me out. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!
