Has to be the friendliest GMC dealership I have ever been in even when there booked solid they managed to get my truck in and repaired so I could continue with my road trip. I traveled from Niagara to Alberta blew a transmission line and they squeezed me in and the staff was happy I haven't seen a business ever were the staff are happy and very sincere to say good morning with a huge smile makes a person feel very comfortable and not stressed as far as I'm concerned all other dealerships need to come here and experience what making the customer feel comfortable rather than get em in and push em out .It's just a hi or good morning but it was from the owner of the dealership all the way down the line it really meant something to me if you ever in need of repairs and want to feel like your in a family situation this is the place to come if there open when I return home in November I'm definitely stopping in to say good morning how are you and thanks for making my day keep up the great work and keep on smiling

Hi there i am just droping here a honest review of the conversations i have with the staff recently.From finance department I think so his name is mike even he totally disappointed me because the behaviour he is showing me i ask him some questions about my finance application and he is totally lying to me that you have debts and you are temporary worker you need a Permanent Resident co signer and disrespecting people by showing rude behaviour on phone calls & i call my bank they said its all good from our side you need to talk with your dealer.First of all buddy go to school and get some lessons.On other hand i call right away another dealership they approved me for same vechile on same amount without asking this silly things.

After my experience, I will not be returning. I had a small repair required due to vandalism that mpi was covering. After a couple months of hearing nothing, I stopped in. The part was not ordered, the car was labeled wrong and under completely different. Finally got that sorted. Came back a month later. Nothing. Month later, still nothing.Eventually stopping in they told me the part was coming in and would be in the next day. We booked the service. I showed up, the part didn't. Wasted trip and it took another month for the part to make it to Portage from Winnipeg.Again, I will NOT be going back.

Purchased a 2021 Sierra from Jared at Craig Dunn! He was wonderful to deal with made it extremely easy! If anyone is looking for great customer service go and see Craig Dunn!

Excellent service! Was travelling and had my tire sensors acting up. Stopped in with no appt. They took me right away and was a simple fix. Staff was so friendly and service foreman was top notch! Nothing like great small town service!

Hit a deer in December called Craig dunn spoke with Steve. Told me they would look at it the next day but the car would not be done untill mid February. I left the car there as I had no room to store a beat up car at my house. The car was done a little later than quoted but I understand supply constraints and shipping issues, so no big deal. When I went to pick up they where short one minor part. Steve offered to drive to mybplace of work to get it put on! I just popped in the next to have it installed. All and all great experience great service. Everyone was friendly and would recommend

Hello people, I wanted to let you know one very important thing that if you meet with an accident near portage than tow you vehicle to Brandon or Winnipeg if towing is not an option than push it by your hand but DO NOT give it to Craig Dunn, I did this mistake 7 months ago and I am still suffering, they are making fake promises and I personally feels like they are giving me favour fixing my car, during past 7 months they told me 3 to 4 times that my vehicle will be ready within a week but not sure how many days are there in Craig Dunn’s week!! long story short avoid this place or suffer like me.
