I would have to say that the manager here is questionable in her service. I had a few things to exchange and she picked up the items as If they were drenched in dirt when they were brand new and had tags on them. She was very hasty in her demeanor until she saw my receipt which I had spent over $2000 in the Burlington location and then was quick to make the transaction to go smoothly. My daughter and I both ended up trying on more things and were assisted by another girl who was pleasant and helpful. At checkout was another girl who finished the transaction and on the way home it dawned on me that I had credit leftover and checked the receipt to realize they had forgotten all of the new items we spent a lot of time trying on and were at the counter to buy. Back to only going to the Burlington location where my favourite SA Bianca is!

Nearly impossible to find. Not very friendly service. Made a quick purchase for a fan of their clothing but I didn't like my experience shopping there.

I enjoyed my experience shopping here. Sales Associates are very helpful! They even added a few shirts they thought would like good on me as I was trying on clothing. Thank you for a helpful and easy experience.

I was Christmas shopping here today and had trouble finding anyone to help me to find the right sizing for my daughter. Finally found someone and she acted as if I was bothering her by asking a question. Ended up making a purchase and asked for a gift box. Got it home and she literally threw the pants in the box with no tissue or seal on the box. Very different from my experience at the Burlington location. They wrapped up my purchase last week so nice and were so attentive. If you want a better Aritzia experience, go to Mapleview. I won’t be returning to the Limeridge Mall location.

There is a lot of 3 absolutely wretched females that work there.2 younger short blondes, who talk like pretentious, uneducated valley girls. And then an older blonde trying to be young, whom I presume is the manager- with a ton of lip fillers.They are extremely rude, snobby and fake.They treat you according to your appearance.Making minimum wage and acting above everyone who comes there.Reality check is needed for those chicks.I recommend the Mapleview location for proper customer service and authenticity from employees.

I have been to aritzia stores all over the country and have never experienced such nice style advisors! The women working on May 11th in the evening were wonderful!! Would return to this location just because of their energy!!

The sales associates need to chill Fr, they make my shopping experience so uncomfortable. This one girl refused to do an exchange for me, Imma stick to shopping on the website, cause the workers there are all rude and just plain weird Fr.

The selection is almost as bad as the customer service. There was more lip filler than courtesy. The location needs a grown up on staff to run this monkey show. Not recommended.

I would give more then 5 stars if i could. The staff here is great. All the girls who were working right before closing on Monday Jan 9th were all so nice and helpful. I went in looking for a jacket and right away I had a very nice girl come over and ask if I needed help. I forget her name but she made my jacket buying experience very enjoyable.

Definitely the worst store experience ive ever had. Im not sure why I was followed around the store as if i was going to steal. I was asked multiple times if I wanted my things (which was one item) to be held by the sales associate which i dont know why one “no” wasnt enough. I was going in for one thing i knew i wanted before i got there so it shouldve been a quick trip but i was approached about 4 times. Ive never been treated like that in burlington so im not sure whats going on here. Not sure if its a management problem or sales associate problem, regardless it needs to be fixed.
