Ive had a family doctor for about 10 years.. she has done nothing g but prescribe me pills. I was referred to the access clinic after hours for some issues I was going through. I was seeing by Dr. Toussi.This doctor did more than what my old family doctor has done in 10 years!!! Dr Toussi listened to all my concerns and realized how big my neck was and asked me if my doctor had referred me for Sleep Apnea. I was never referred to anything other than being prescribed pills. I ended up asking my doctor to send a sleep apnea referral and next thing you know. I was diagnosed for it.Dr Toussi has been my doctor since. His staff is great! Girls are super understanding and very professional! He is an amazing doctor, so thorough and knowledgeable! I am beyond happy and would recommend him to anyone! Sadly he is no longer taking any patients but I just needed to express how happy I am to have been referred to the access clinic!Keep doing what your doing!

Service is terrible especially the front desk. Condescending tone from front desk receptionists, and doctors will do the bare minimum (if you’re lucky) to try and contact you with your medical results. Trying to get booked for appointments is near impossible and no matter how punctual you are, you are going to be waiting Atleast 30 minutes, again if you’re lucky, after your scheduled time to see a doctor. As well as not sending over documents for prescription over to your pharmacy making it a hassle to get any medication or attention you may need. Do not recommend

We have been coming to this clinic for over 3 years now and never were able to see a doctor on time. Today appointment time 11:10 am, right now 12:07 pm still more patients ahead of us and we are still waiting. Think 10 times before you book an appointment here

Hands down the highest attention to detail and competency I've experienced in family medicine.Yes it's hard to become a client here (or anywhere) because AHS has made it an administrative nightmare to manage health records in advance of privatization, however, if that's your concern, write your MPs. The doctors (Dr Raghmeet is outstanding) have a higher education and spend the time to get to know your personal health story and support with modern practices.As family practices get squeezed by our government, if you have the privilege of getting off the wait list, you and your family are in safe hands.

Don't go to this medical clinic. It's impossible to get through on the phone due to lengthy wait times. Customers have to use an online booking system but 80% of the customers CAN'T set up appointments if they have babies, etc. The booking system is garbage because still have to call in if you're a mom with kids, and you can't use the system to cancel appointments. Only 1 receptionist knows how the system works, and she is on holiday. When I call, another receptionist gets defensive because I'm asking her questions about the booking system which she can't answer. She says, I'm going to transfer you to another person because I don't like the way you're talking to me." Then she repeatedly puts me on hold."

I just visited walkin at Tuesday request to get doctors note but Receptionist are sooo hi attitude that . Sitting for 2 hours but did not get any appointments spoiled my time and Receptionist way of talking to any customer is annoying and feels insulting and try to show that they r doctors. I been with this clinic from 10years never had any problem , but now these two receptionist with worst and insulting behavior put down to the worst customer service.May this effect the service of clinic as well . May to replace receptionist of get them learn customer service.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 10 years now and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the staff and doctors. My family and I primarily see Dr. Basati and the level of care provided is exceptional. He will make the effort to listen and understand your concerns and educate you as well. There have been times where we can’t see Dr. Basati but we have seen other doctors (Toussi, Rakhra) and they have also provided a high level of care. I will admit, sometimes it’s tough to get in and get an appointment (or become a patient) however this is a product of our local government and what the doctors and staff are bogged down with daily - if that upsets you then write your MPs!

It's a nice place, but getting an appointment is tough now. Previously walk-in was welcome but due to COVID-19 now not. One more thing is the opening times are not correct on the website. Doctors are good. Recently they stop providing appointment reminder service, so you have to be more conscious about your appointment. Also, if missed your appointment 3 times without informing the clinic then it will be red mark for you.

I followed Dr M. Nanda because of her caring attitude and being knowledgeable of her field. I can talk to her like my sister and she even calls on my cell phone for important medical issues.. I love her..
