I went to this dental office when I had an emergency. The office staff and dentist were super nice and very accommodating. They were professional and put me at ease when I was in pain. Explained every step and procedures. I highly recommend this dental office. Thank you for your help.

I left this practice for many reasons. Front staff doesn’t show any care, I had to ask twice for tax receipt to be emailed (which takes a click of a button) and ended up going in person because they were “too busy”. My last cleaning was not done properly and the hygienist didn’t polish my teeth. I had a broken tooth which they said needs to come out, I had it fixed somewhere else.

LisaI cannot say enough good about the wonderful care that my very senior Dad has received from Ainsley Street Dentist. Dr. Trisna and Dr. Pinchin are very skilled in their work and have done agreat job of every procedure my Dad has been through. However, over and above that, they are so kind, gentle, and caring. When my Dad returns from his appointments, he is always full of praise for them, so much so, thatwhen this series of appointments are going to be finished, I truly think he will miss his outings there. That speaks volumes when you know you will miss going to the dentist.I am a long-distance care giver. The doctors have also been so supportive of my efforts, by keeping me up to date with a report after each visit. I’ve been a patient here for years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting most of the staff and they’re all so caring.

I had a great experience with Dr. Kumar! She was very friendly, walked me through my procedure very clearly and was very polite. All the other staff were nice too. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kumar and this practice to anyone who would like to get their dental work done!

I came in with my daughter, and every single time my family comes in for a cleaning it’s someone different, we will be moving to another dentist, also I feel like they try to push fillings all the time it’s strange! It seems like they can’t keep their staff which says a lot about management! Horrible AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS I used to see Dr.Fry all the time (because he is absolutely amazing) and they keep putting me with other dentists

Dr. McIntosh and Debbie B. were amazing and facilitated my dental surgery with ease. Debbie coorindated with my other practitioners to ensure all care was properly managed. Dr. McIntosh was thorough and efficient.

My experiences have been pleasant. This office is clean and they offer a friendly environment. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care of me!

I started going to Ainslie St Dental in 2019. From my very first appointment to my most recent I have always been impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and expertise of the entire team and facility.The technicians I’ve had work with me are always knowledgeable, and explain each step of the process. The dentists I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with have also been very efficient but willing to discuss concerns and questions in greater detail. I truly feel heard, respected and valued when I visit, often leaving with a little more knowledge that when I entered.As a result of COVID, the team worked to ensure the air and moisture droplet transfer would be minimal to none from each room. The rooms were retro fitted with clear barriers in each door frame and equipped with air filtration.Having used several dentist offices in the past due certain specializations, I have to say, Ainslie St Dental is one of the best facilities I’ve been too. I have opted to keep them as my dentist even after moving out of the city.

Terrible experience. Will not go back. I’ve never had a dentist stand up and barely examine my teeth. No confidence in this practice at all.Front staff needs more customer service training.
