I wish I could give this a one star rating. The staff at this store are terrible especially the lady that runs the cash register. I am a zero waste advocate and I bring my own jars and bags. I am very patient and polite with them and wrote down all the products numbers and weights for the jars. Every single time I come here there seems to be an issue. I would rather drive to Burlington or any other location than going to this one. I probably won’t be coming back until the staff is changed.

I would give this a zero, if I could. We were in the store for 2 minutes and the cashier (black and grey hair) accused my 5-year old daughter of sampling. She ran over and scolded her. We were so confused and the cashier said she put something in her mouth!". So we asked her to open her mouth and there was nothing

I live a two minute drive away from here and I personally drive to burlington to go to another location. I bring my own containers and bags and the staff have a problem with it every time. The lady at the cash is very rude like the other reviewers have said. I only come here if I absolutely need to otherwise i drive out of my way.

On Christmas Eve day, I had to rush into this store to find an ingredient (xanthan gum), that I didn’t know I needed, for a gluten-free dessert that I’d never made before. I had the good luck to get some help from Chiara. All I needed was 1tsp but this product was only sold in a 124g bag for $7.79! Holy guacamole! I apologized and left, in the hopes of finding it elsewhere at a better price. A nearby health food store had it too…. 240g @ $21!! That was waaay more than all the dessert ingredients. So I headed back to BB with my head hung in shame but much wiser. Chiara was very kind and didn’t laugh at me, as she was certainly entitled to do. Next time, I won’t mess around and just buy my stuff at BB. Thanks Chiara!

Like any other location, this place offers a great selection of grains, different types of flour, sweets, etc.What stands out is their friendly staff. From the moment you walk in to the store, you feel you're being looked after.

Wish I could give 0 star rating , but this place seems to be run by people who live in a different world . Firstly when my wife and my toddler were followed by the employee where ever she was going . When my wife was filling up a item into the bag seems my 2 year old tried to touch the food and was stopped . But seems this employee started yelling at the toddler and not to handle food . He is a 2 year old for godsake. And ya we paid for what we took and left .The worst experience we had ever buying something and we will take our business elsewhere .

Wouldn’t know what this store is like - because a staff member would not let me in if I was not wearing a face mask - told her I was exempt -she was very abrupt, actually keep blocking me - stepping in front of me - all in all she made a scene & I will NEVER shop there!This was my first & last time there

Was a bit disappointed when I asked the young guy that was sweeping a question about a price. It was for a jerky treat for dogs and the price said 47.15, I asked if this was the correct price? Due to the fact that it was one treat. His response was I don't know " "If that's what it says then that's the price " he Was not helpful at all :("

Waterdown's own Bulk Barn. Centrally located. Great staff, very helpful. Usual good selection of items. Happy to note they are enforcing current safety protocols.
