I cant rate the the chiropractor as I had to cxl my appointment with the receptionist. I didn't think much of the other reviews saying that the receptionist is rude but now I know what they meant. She pointed with her finger towards the door to go outside while she was on the phone. It must be a farming establishment where they raise cattle's.

Have been a patient of Dr. Clark’s for over 20 years! I would recommend him and his practice to anyone. Caring, professional and effective. Thanks Dr. Clark!

Receptionist did not understand my benefit plan and advised me that I had to pay for a missing payment on top of my session for the day before I was to go in for a massage. Not expecting to have to pay twice made for a very non-relaxing massage. Sheets used are very thin, so if you're a woman, make sure you cover yourself with something when you turn over. The massage therapist seemed to be asleep whilst massaging; not moving every so often. This is typically done when you're actually holding on a pressure point, but he was simple freezing in time. No exercises or stretches have been recommended in the three times I have tried this place. If I could give this office a negative star I would.

Receptionist was very dismissive and short, didn't seem to care and had terrible customer service skills. Turned me right off from using this business.

Amazing in just one treatment I feel so much better cant wait til my second treatment thank you Dr. Bill Clark first time was great; however, second time I called to enquire about a WBC claim the receptionist was not very helpful and quite honest patronising no thanks I'll take my business elsewhere.

Dr Clark always knows what's wrong without me needing to say anything. More importantly he knows how to fix it!!!

Ive been a patient of Dr Clark’s for over 25 years despite having moved away from Chilliwack. He’s a true magician who’s skills run far beyond chiropractic; on behalf of his community I sure hope he trains a protege!

I have been going here for couple.of years. Today I forgot a mask for the first time in 2 years, and receptionist asked me to buy a usual 10cent disposable mask for 2.5$. What gold mine do they source their masks from? Reception staff was rude in general before as well but still tolerable.Today was just the last straw. I am seriously considering changing my chiropractor because of the reception staff. It is a pity that Dr Clark will lose many patients because of reception's incompetence and inability to understand client loyalty.

Have been seeing Ian for a few years now, and I am very appreciative of his work. He sincerely helps and cares and has a tremendous amount of skill. I work over twelve hours a day physical labour and this takes a toll on your body and Ian is able to help every time. He is consistent and is hardworking he will always ask if there is an area of focus, than goes above and beyond to help you. I am grateful for his massages they keep me going. I'm glad I found him. You'll get great service here.
