Great customer service by Rachit. Happily assisted with the trial, choosing the perfect style, all questions kindly answered. They have great selection of sunglasses at amazing prices and can place an order if something not available in store. After years of going to other stores and paying twice the price, this definitely will be my go to place for sunglasses!

This store boasts an impressively vast array of eyeglasses and sunglasses, unmatched by any I've seen before. However, the shopping experience can be somewhat challenging, as all items are locked in attractive display cases. I'd suggest this place is best suited for those who already have a specific frame in mind. Be aware that this store has some of the highest prices for frames and lenses in the entire Square One area, which is rather disappointing. I surmise their continuous operation is supported by wealthy shoppers who aren't particularly price-sensitive. In summary, while Eye Star holds considerable potential, the shopping process is unfortunately inconvenient and the items, overpriced.

Rahat Williams is a tremendous Store Manager and asset to Eyestar Optical. I have purchased many pairs of glasses from her store at Square One. I have also recommended my children to her store. Her service level is exemplary and beyond reproach. She understands and gets Customer Service and does everything she can to ensure we are served ensuring our satisfaction.In my last visit, I had my glasses prepared by the factory but unfortunately, I could not see properly out of them. Her Team (Rui) jumped on the case and quickly diagnosed the situation and found out what the issues were and immediately without hesitation recommended that the lenses be resent back and replaced. There was no hesitation from her end to ensure the customer was served without additional cost and even apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused.She is an eyeSTAR in every sense of the word and her team is exceptional at carrying out their duties.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Eyestar. They helped me when I needed the most. They fixed my son's glasses on the spot and didn't charge a dime, even though the glasses were purchased from somewhere else. Friendly, professional and with super nice attitude. Highly recommended.

What I'm posting here is only my shopping experience, I'll add my experience with the transaction and product quality later when I complete the purchase.- First, I was addressed by a young lady, she gave me all the time I needed, helped me choosing the frames, spent time to give me the prices for 2 sets of different glasses, and wrote all of that for me until I I give them the prescription on Wednesday- Then I had 2 different prescription from 2 different doctors, and the other lady at the desk offered me if I liked one of the prescription more, they will change the other one! I didn't even ask for that, completely nice gesture exceeding my expectation from these nice staff.- Moreover, my 2nd set will use my existing frame and just changing the glasses, not many stores give this option.- At the end, I'll get 2 pair of glasses, one is them including an Armani frames, and a top of the line Hoya glasses with blue ray and dust/scratch resistance coating on both sets.. for $670That's a very good deal for Hoya glasses.If anyone knows the quality of Hoya, give them a visit before this offer is gone

I needed some help with my glasses that I bought somewhere else as a screw came loose, but the place I usually go too was out of business. I went to Eyestar and the gentleman Rachit helped me, fixed my glasses and did it as a free service even though i was willing to pay for his time. Very impressed with customer service and I will be back there to buy my next pair of glasses.thank you

Both times I visited the store, I received great service from several employees. Eyestar has a client database; not requiring u to bring a receipt or proof of warranty to get your frame fixed, so as long as buying and having a place to repair your frames this is my go-to place that I would recommend to anyone looking for the same,

They cheat .. they lie!I was shopping for Hoya eyeglass lenses and I came to this store asking what kind of lenses they provide and they said Hoya, and it's 50% off!Then I asked again when I brought my prescription and they confirmed again it's Hoya lenses. I even left them a great review praising what a great deal I got on Hoya lenses and you can see their confirmation below.Then at the delivery time I wanted them to confirms it's Hoya lenses, and the associate who delivered it to me said no, it's Hoya design , not Hoya lenses, and it's manufactured at our labs!I sent an email to the store to question this new information that the associate gave to me, and they confirmed it's not Hoya, it's Hoya design, and they call it private label"!!No
