Rude staff at this location.. the cashier was rolling her eyes when I told her that dog food was all over the shelves because a bag was ripped. Then I paid for my items she gives me the receipt and doesn’t say a word. Customer service is lacking at this location! Two stars because the puppy trainer Caitlin is great, she is super passionate about dogs.

I was very excited to take My pet for his first full grooming. He is 5 months old pup. They completely shaved him which is ok but did not advice that it will be itchy for him as it’s the first time. I had to figure out myself for the spray to use by researching and calling pet smart. Not only that shaved his paws hairs too deep that he got cuts in all his feet. My poor baby is limping can’t even take him out for walk anymore becoz of the great grooming services he received. I would not recommend these services.

Madison was so amazing with my dog Pepper at the grooming salon! By far the best visit she has ever had. I must say that past experiences here haven’t always been the best, however, I think we have found our lifetime groomer! Madison was so patient and loving and for my Dog that has been hesitant and anxious about grooming in the past I really appreciate it! Not to mention this is the best she has ever looked, and smelled! 10/10 Madison is the best and I’ll be booking with her from now on!! THANK YOU!

The worst customer service ever the girl at the check out was clueless on processing out of norm returns. The shift manager was overthinking a transaction worth 6$. Under informed staff over hyped store.

Sara groomed our two year old medium Goldendoodle on Sunday and we were very impressed. This is the first time he has been groomed without being completely shaved down. With tight curls we are always told he is matted and needs to be shaved. Not this time. He looks and feels like a teddy bear. Thanks Sara and well done PetSmart

This PetSmart is fantastic, trust me when I say they are not all the same. I have two huskies that get excited to get groomed. The staff are awsome, from the hello when you first walk in to the goodbye when leaving.
