Very upset with how my food was made today. Ordered farmers wrap with spicy mayo.. which I was very happy that they were able to accommodate my request... however if you look at the pictures, they went over board with the sauce and it was quite unpleasant.

Useless Tim Horton location..no ice? Not that they ran out, they actually don't carry ice !! Nothing iced ! Worst waste of time.

Watched as they mistreated a homeless young man who had sat down in the open lot next to Tim's. I sat down with him and bought him a coffee. I don't know why they couldn't give him the same respect they give others.

The falafel wrap is amazing, really big for an amazing price! everyone is always nice and polite even when it's very busy!

Lousy location. Drive thru is always packed. Minimal parking. Upon entering the building I'm often greeted by nothing more than a glance from the staff. This location also doesn't carry the same seasonal product as other locations such as frozen lemonade.

I've only ever been to the two Tim Hortons on Talbot Street in St. Thomas and only as a drive through customer. East talbot street Tim Hortons has a fairly decent drive through however the product availability and service are lacking. They almost never have the two donuts I usually get (sour cream glazed and double chocolate) and the one time they 'had them both' I pulled up to the payment window, paid via debit and afterward they told me they didn't have the one available. I was very disappointed in the service but was in a hurry and didn't have time to process a refund so I ended up with a donut I didn't even like. If it happened once I could understand, but they are ALWAYS lacking a variety. The Tim Hortons at West End Talbot always has what I want, but their drive through is a terribly cramped design that blocks in anyone parked in the parking lot and is slow slow slow.

Too busy. waited 25 mins in the line just for a coffee and also the location is very inconvenient. People lineup on the main street to get in to the plaza.

The drive through is usually very busy, but I've found that parking and going in isn't too bad. Service is excellent!!
