I highly recommend there services. Everyday they kept me updated on the repairing of my car which was great. They also washed the inside and outside of my car (which I didn’t expect but a great plus). Rick was super helpful, always accessible threw phone and very professional.

Above and beyond. I had my Toyota Venza towed here for an ICBC collision repair based on Google reviews. I needed a shop that was close to my home, ICBC certified and had a reputable service. Columbia Collision was on the top of my list so I gave it a shot. I can confirm this place is as good as the reviews. Repairs took about 2 weeks, due to supply chain issues for the parts, but when I got my car back everything looked brand new. I can tell the repair was top notch and detail oriented, using Toyota quality parts, so I was confident driving it around again. Not just that the entire car was detailed. Seats, mats, dashboard, rims all were squeaky clean and shiny! Amazing job!My only complaint was coordinating the courtesy car. It was confusing and stressful picking up and dropping off from a third-party. Other than that, Columbia Collision is the repair shop to go to for a very detailed, high quality repair job. Highly recommend.

I picked this location based on the reviews and I am glad I did. This it the best body shop I have ever dealt with, great customer service, the staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. The whole process went very smooth / seamlessly, the rental courtesy vehicle was arranged for me and picked up and dropped off. They did a fantastic job with my SUV and made sure I was satisfied. Overall an exceptional service, I highly recommend Columbia Collision Repairs! These guys deserve five stars!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the repair time was fast and easy they updated me Through out the process they did a great job on the repairs also they clean the inside of my car. I was rear ended by a drunk driver took my car to a different body shop where I was very disappointed. I walked into Columbia collision and spoke to Mike. I’m so glad I did he took his time out and called ICBC that he can repair my car for the cost they were giving him. Just picked up my car they did an excellent job in a short time. I drive off with a clean car and all the scratches removed. I highly recommend this shop they are amazing professional and it felt like I went to a family’s shop
