My first time here with my sister and we had an AMAZING time!! They have their LLBO license so we were served wine while we were pampered :)We got mani-pedis (I got shellac, she got a gel refill) and the service was not rushed at all, in fact the foot massage was so lovely and relaxing that we both almost fell asleep! My sister loved her service by Moon so much, and I was given an excellent service by Nhi. The nail colour selection was extensive and all of the staff were super friendly and funny :D I will definitely be coming back and I recommend this spot to anyone who wants a personable nail experience.

I've been getting my nails done for 8 year at a place in Markham. I newly moved to Pickering and decided to use this place because of the reviews. But honestly...it was the worst experience ever. They didn't even put they type of gel I'm accustomed to on my nails and it was very thin gel nail polish that was applied. I didn't use extensions because my nails are long enough. My nail started to crack one day later. Also, the girl that applied my gel nails did not do a good job. It was not smooth at all. When I told her that, she started to argue with me and was very defensive. I never review places but this place needed a review to warn everyone. Apparently Kathy is the only good nail lady there and I think the business relys on her to succeed. While I was there, another customer also was complaining about the quality of their work. Never going back again unless Kathy does my nails.

Would give 0 if i could. Paid 46$ for the worst manicure ive ever had in my life all she did was polish my nails horribly and barely cleaned cuticles. Then made messy mistakes and blamed them on me. Will NEVER go back. I told her i was unhappy and she said its just a little bit messy""

These guys make up their prices in their head. One day it’s this. Next two weeks it’s a different price. Happened 3 times in a row for the same set, too many nails salons around to be getting finessed in 2023.

Not a great job on my shellac manicure. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, but my nails are thick and bubbly and my cuticles have more polish on them than when I do my own nails.I’m not sure what the rush was because we were literally the only people in there on Saturday. A woman did come in after us so I guess they rushed through to service her?Edit: 3 days after getting my shellac manicure a big chunk of my thumb pealed off.Edit #2: lost another one. They keep getting caught in my hair and ripping off.Safe to say this manicure was a total rip off.Edit #3 in response to their reply: it’s 2 nails and counting. I could have done a better job at home. People need to know the quality of what they’re getting when they come here. I can’t come back every time one of my nails peels off. I have a life.

I came in this morning to try this place out. I am new to Pickering and needed to find a new nail spa to do my regular maintenance. I met Tracy. She was wonderful! She IS wonderful. She is kind, patient, considerate and friendly. I explained what I like (and I am veryyyyy picky) and she completely understood and delivered. She knew I wanted cute baby pink toes and showed me which ones are too sheet and which are opaque. Then for my nails, shaped them perfectly, did not make my nails thick and fake looking, and had the perfect shade. Not only that, the hot towel, massaging and all of that was really thoughtful. The prices they have are really good and as long as Tracy is there, They will have my returning business. But- be kind and book an appointment with them because they will get busy and it’a not their fault. Booking an appointment will let you get the attention you deserve and that they want to provide.
