Went in tonight with a couple friends and the worker took awhile to come check our I.D which was fine but then came to check and immediately went back to play a game on the gaming system the left out for customers and practically ignored us. After deciding what we wanted we had to ask a few times for assistance before he heard us, then when he was assisting us he was a bit short and rude. I love this store and most employees, it’s usually my favourite dispensary to go to in Kingston but this was by far the most uncomfortable customer service I’ve ever received. Seemed unprofessional to allow employees to play a gaming system during their shift.

Just left and as ever, a thoroughly pleasant experience. Was looking to try something new and a staff member provided me with all the info I needed to make an informed decision. Professional, courteous and fun are the hallmarks of this place. I do miss the dog though. They used to have a cute dog with a handsome owner on staff. Either way- best dispensary in K-town!

The staff were super lovely and very knowledgeable. After their recommendation, I now cannot live without the wildflower CBD cool stick. Thank you! I appreciate their patience and advice in helping find the right product for me. The space is also great - very stylish, open, clean, and well organized. 5 stars all around - people, place, product.

Spiritleaf is my favourite spot to buy cannabis products in Kingston. I'm a middle-aged professional and I like Spiritleaf because it has a clean, mature atmosphere with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place.

This is my always go to place. I am so happy I found these people. as i have been dealing with medical providers that charge too much and have not much to offer. i have for the first time in 10 years been able to find two strains that help both anxiety and pain. Everyone i have spoken too on the phone or via email have been very available and great help. I feel relieved that i can actually establish a regular dosing program for myself now.
