Maid-Mart Essential Cleaning Services

Bev and her crew cleaned my entire house. My place was a wreck as I had been working for what seemed like a year. I was thrilled as when I arrived home. It was spotless and I know it was, embarrassingly filthy. The place sparkled and smelled incredible. They use environmently friendly cleaning products. I cannot recommend them more! Thank you so much Maid-Mart!

I have been using Maid-mart services for years. They do a wonderful job paying attention to detail, on time, respectful and trustworthy. I have recommended them to numerous people including my daughter, sister and brother. My brother who is elderly and smokes refused to have cleaners in. The girls came in and cleaned everything. He enjoyed their company and the place was left spotless. I read the review left by a previous client and I am wondering if perhaps they had a new person. I also wonder why they didn't reach out to Beverly who is one of the kindest most generous people I've gotten to know and share their disappointment there rather than try to destroy her business.

We used this company for a “deep clean” for the very first time, saw their number on a sedan and thought we’d give the service a try. We were home the entire time, but in different parts of the house when they were cleaning. We figured we’d leave the cleaning up to them. All they did was vacuum and wipe down countertops haphazardly. They changed the garbage/recycling and placed in the backyard, but that was it. The fridge wasn’t even touched. The floors were poorly mopped, dust left EVERYWHERE! It seems as if they cleaned what you could visibly see at first glance, but absolutely no attention to detail. We cleaned the entire house ourselves after the cleaners left. Asked me what I wanted done/cleaned the entire time. If I needed to hire someone to ask me how to clean, I would have done it myself. We allocated 5 hours for them to deep clean and they decided it would be time to leave after 3 hours. Thank God. We could do what they did in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, but absolutely horrifying service.TLDR: Look elsewhere.
