I purchased a new Ridgeline from West City. I've always found the service department there extremely knowledgeable and helpful, willing to go the extra mile. That was one of the reasons I decided to purchase another Honda product. I have to say I was not disappointed with the sales people. Everyone from Paul, Shane, Stephanie and Joel were pleasant, knew their stuff and made me feel like I was in good hands. Above all they welcomed questions and if they didn't immediately have the answers they would get them soon enough. I have had exposure to a number of other dealerships and I would have to say that West City is a leader in their field.

Our experience buying a vehicle from the West City Honda dealership was 5-star from start to finish.Our salesperson, Scott Hunter, was professional, personable, knowledgeable. He put no pressure on us, kept us in control of the situation, and was in general a solid human being throughout the sales process.Stephanie Elder, the business manager, was another highlight of our experience at Honda. She was kind, easy to reach, flexible, and also had a no-pressure attitude.Forget about your preconceived notions of buying a car (sleazy hustlers etc.) - at West City Honda, buying a vehicle will be a pleasant experience through and through!

Would like to thank Ted, Stephanie, Scott, Kris and Joel for their first class service and support during the acquistion of our new Pilot and Accord. It was a long process due to lingering post-pandemic auto industry production challenges and the staff were first rate toward keep me in the loop on the vehicles’ progress. The delivery process was top notch as well. Smooth, efficient and tailor made to my needs. We’re very happy with the vehicles. Note: the Accord Hybrid’s power is far more than advertised! Actually, feeling so embarrassed to write this review about this business. I visited this place today to purchase my first car, but the dealers were so rude to me. As they seem really adamant even to talk bad ( our canada status, financial aid etc) about us from our own back ( making fun with other customers). They don't even allow us to see the car or even to touch it. Before, making me promise out that i am gonna purchase that car today itself. Seems dramatic ryt... I promise, this is what happened to me & my friend from this business.

Stephanie handled the paperwork, and licensing of the new vehicle with no fuss. They showed me all the features of the new car. I just picked up my new 2022 Ridgeline Touring this morning. I mostly dealt with Shane, but worked Kris and Stephanie and other folks in their sales team. I can genuinely say that it was the best car buying experience, in my 48 years of buying cars. The end-to-end experience was pleasant and painless, which is what most customers want. No pressure, and no pressure to buy anything I didn't ask for, which plagues many peoples car-buying experiences. I would highly recommend West City Honda.
