I bought a pair of Tretorn shoes for the summer. I order them online from the Toronto store. They ended up being one size too big. But not a problem. I called Heel Boy in Kingston, Sarah was and always is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful.As are all her staff.I enjoy shopping at Heel Boy. I always know I will not only receive the best customer service when shopping for shoes. But I will always be satisfied with every pair of shoes I purchase from Heel Boy!. Heel boy is one of my favourite stores downtown! The sales staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable of all brands that are carried in store. It’s always so refreshing to walk into heel boy and be greeted by smiling faces from the employees.

I'm a long time customer of Heel Boy in their various locations and online. They always have great selection and their staff are amazing.This spring I purchased a pair of shoes for vacaton. It turned out the shoes had a manufacturer defect and broke. The Kingston location quickly responded and couriored me a new pair, right on time for vacaton. No fuss.Highly recommend Heel Boy!
