Sam wouldn't take my order at counter told me I would have to use a kiosk as a stroke survivor I find those machines hard to use so prefer to order at counter I find this totally unrespectful of disabled people and think you should retrain your people and or change your policies and went to McDonald's up the highway who were more then willing to take my order I won't be eating here ever again and will more then likely go to a mcdonald

So sad that everything has become to kiosk I politely asked the employee if there was an option to add a condiment. Such as mustard or ketchup. His responses no it's not possible if the machine doesn't have an option for it it can't be done. The kiosk is out of paper well not dispense receipts. Receipt was also not given when I got my food. Poor customer service all because Burger King doesn't value customer service not even allowed to speak to the customer. Asked if he was manager on duty he said yes well sort of in the back maybe couldn't give a straight answer it was wonderful and really such a great experience.

Another example of poor customer service. They make you use the kiosk to order and are too lazy to do the job face to face. Welcome to Canada (Scamada)

1 star goes to the FRANCHISE'S owner! 3 kids (employees ages 15+) working hard to please the customers, however; there's no supervisor on site. Hence, bunch of orders mixed up, wait time is 10min + . I didn't get my tomatos lettuce etc but no time to argue that... Also out of 12 kiosks to order only 3-4 are working ...

I wish i could give negative stars. I stopped by they gave me burnt chicken and the chicken fries I ordered were over cooked as well. At that i could not drive back cause i was already on highway.

Today, I stop for the pleasure of treating myself to a meal. To my surprise, all orders go through the Order Express service. Without paper to memorize your order number, it's pathetic. There were two customers who had their order on standby. Better reheat your meal. Some liquors and ice was not available!I'd rather face a human to deliver my best smile than pay extra to memorize an order number

The worst travel plaza I have ever been in. Service at the Buger King was abysmal. Forced to order at kiosks- more than half out of service. The food was awful. Pretty sure the bun for my sandwich was smashed between heavy objects. Was thankful it didn't bear the imprint of shoe treads though that would not have surprised me. The kids working were more interested in socializing with one another in the kitchen than they were with doing their jobs. All our sandwiches were drenched in mayo. The meat was poor. Onion rings bland and not crispy. Fries unremarkable. My water was excellent! Had to return for napkins as we were given none. I had to shout to get the attention of one of the workers as he was too busy doing f-all. The place was a wreck. Even behind the counter was wrecked. Ripped open package of napkins next to the sandwich warmer spilling all over. Not that he'd give any to the customers with their food. Drinks area soaked, ice all over, spills everywhere. Tables piled with debris from meals. Bathrooms were horrible and all half closed. Water everywhere on the counters while the sinks barely worked and I still have no idea how the dryers came on. These onroutes deserve to go out of business. They are horrible. Skip them if you can!

So, about 10 on a weekend. I come by driving out to Montreal area. Not open, during a breakfast time. That and you have to use the stupid kiosk. Tims a mile long lineup. This should say a busy time of day. Very sad business model

They don't have cashiers, you need to use their electronic ordering screen. If they are too cheap to pay a single employee then there must be a lot of other corners being cut.
