From the time of picking up the rented car to dropping it off was a very positive experience. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was able to get the type of car I requested. This was my second time renting from this location, Both SUV's were almost brand new and in impeccable condition. We opted for a full size SUV (Ford Expedition Max) for our road trip to Montreal, I explained that I need the car early, Franco had it ready for me, on time.During pick-up, the girl who helped us(Sorry forgot the name) explained every thing very clearly and professionally.I always get their Damage Waiver, it can get a little expensive, but it gives me the peace of mind.All in all a Hassle free experience. Great service.

This is by far the best car rental location I’ve done business with. I used them extensively in 2022 for work and personal purposes. My interactions were with the entire team consisting of Vidhur, Youssef, Lucky and Neil. I can say with conviction that I’ve not had one bad exchange with any of them. In fact, they’ve gone out of their way to (a) find me a suitable vehicle when they were scarce, (b) allow me to bring back and exchange a vehicle when it didn’t suit me, regardless of how trivial the reason might have been, (c) give me the flexibility of pick up and return times without stacking up unreasonable overages etc. I would like to thank each one of these young guys and wish them the best in their future. Very well done!

Service and staff is fantastic and easy to deal with. Keep up the great work. we rented a cargo van for weekend, clean and ran excellent and well maintained. We definitely recommend this location.

I wanted to zero start but I don’t have choice for it so i have to satisfied with one star.This location is very very worst than other location.These location people are pointing me and my reservation by purposely all the time.I have reserved truck online 3-4 times and all the times they called me and telling me truck is not available for you.if it is not available then why would they took my reservation.whenever they give me truck they gave me dirty truck.I have pictures and i am posting it with this review. My friends also renting from this location but these location people won’t give them Proper customer service and i am going to tell them to share their negative experience on google and also other social media platforms.

I have been renting a car from this location for 5 months. I have been receiving worse service since the beginning. Today they booked me for oil changed. I called and confirmed appointment time but I did not get the oil changed because his contractor took another customer. No manager is there to talk. Someone need to contact from upper management.

Never recommend this enterprise to anyone. They get your card for deductions for security purpose which every enterprise do but once they have the card number they keep on deducting money from your account. It has been more than one month i didn’t get my money back yet.
