We bought black framed windows with pewter interior grills. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. We ordered them through Home Depot, but Kaycan is the manufacturer and wow, they are a fantastic company. Customer service is exemplary!! Our windows are perfect, great quality and the best prices too. Thank you Kaycan!

We have been waiting for a warranty service for 2 years now. A patio door we purchased was damaged in shipping, and reported to Kaycan immediately, along with photos of the damage. After speaking to numerous people, we were advised to install the door in order to seal the room for winter, and they would send someone out to fix it. We installed it 23 months ago and are still waiting on this. Not only does the door leak every time it rains, but now it has ruined the floor, trim and drywall of our new build. If you are looking for a company who puts customer service first, this is not it.
