Kin's Farm Market
I was selecting the green onions because some of them has been rotten. And the shop clerk(She is white hair with a glasses) approached with a scornful manner and claimed dishonestly: “All of them are same today.” I was shocked by her ignorance and disregard of the facts that many of them are rotten. In addition, she stood beside and monitored me throughout the transaction. Is this the way they are taught to treat their customers? Surely, the owner have the answer in his/her mind.

Changing my 4 star to 2 stars. So disappointed, wasted my money.They usually have amazing produce, I used to get Fiji apples because they were good but I noticed that they would all be rotten and soft inside. So I started getting these Ambrosia gold apples with nothing on the outside. When I cut it open I saw it was all rotten and soft as well.

This is the best Kin's in Richmond. Good produce, lots of variety, always fresh and clean. Not the warmest service, but I'm only here for the veggies!

Very expensive. Tricks customers with shady pricing. Be careful when you see a price. Sometimes they use price per unit (each) and sometimes per the weight for the same product.

Fast efficient service! Did not get charged for a grocery bag! Someone who reviewed earlier said that you only don't get charged if you speak Canto. Not true! I didn't speak a word of Canto, and still got a free bag. Guess it depends who is checking out for you...

We recently moved into the neighborhood, and feel so grateful for having Kin's Farm Market close by.The women who work here are always so cheerful and friendly, help us more than we could ever expect, and treat us like members of their own family. Their service has been beyond outstanding.Their fruits and vegetables have gotten my family to eat healthier, and we now search for recipes to take advantage of the quality and selection we have available to us.We look forward to continuing our frequent visits to Kin's!
