We told groomer our 1 year old gets stressed Well she sure was they didn't complete the grooming shaved completelyThen told they don't want to see her ever again.Well when I paid for the scalping I asked are dogs held in kennelAnswer no they all roam around in the grooming roomSo how many dogs were there when our pup was being groomed.Oh about 8Holy MacaknawThis is totally irresponsible.No wonder our pup was stressed and hyperThis groomer should be in the business.Terrible experienceOh and out pup haad two grooming before elsewhere and No Issues.I don't recommend this grooming dog Mill

Horrible! I brought my dog in for a full groom today and that will be the last! I had asked them to cut my dog short our last visit and they didn’t, so when I called today I made sure they new I wanted my dog cut shorter and if they had enough time. She reassured me that they can, I also asked for her backside to be cut short as well and she said yes. When I came to pick my dog up the first thing the girl told me was basically blaming my dog for their bad grooming job. Also made me pay before seeing the bad groom job as well! My dog was there for 2.5 hours and she was barely cut. Basically looked like a shampoo and blow dry. Said my dog was very aggressive which she is NOT!! Never had that issue before. I asked them well why wouldn’t they put a muzzle on her if she was nipping. They said they tried that but she bit through the muzzle.. I call bull on that! Seemed like they were pulling out any excuse possible because they don’t know how to do the groom I asked for. My dog was incredibly stressed when I picked her up and had been for a few hours after I picked her up. Makes me worried how she was being treated while she was there. Worst costumer service ever! So unprofessional and clearly can’t handle dogs that don’t like being groomed based on the reviews as well!

I don’t trust my dogs with anyone else. This husband/wife team have become part of my family. They are so patient with my grumpier older beagle who has back issues and hates his nails getting trimmed. They always cared about my golden doodle who sadly passed away too young and now care for my puppy—a tiny sheepadoodle. I take my mothers two boys here as well. We could have easily chosen a groomer closer to our home, but instead drive the half hour to know they are in good hands. The location has ample parking and is very clean. You couldn’t ask for two nicer people.

We took our very nervous and anxious Bichon/poodle mix dog Tokyo here for the first time. The staff are very nice and took good care of him. He looks amazing and smells so nice. He had to be trimmed very short due to matting and there were no nicks or cuts. We will definitely be using them indefinitely!

My dog looked wonderful and smelled great! They really did a fantastic job. For a Brooklin groomer they were reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Great place to bring your pets have been going to see Melissa for over 8 years and have always had a great experience.They go above and beyond and my dog Mya is always happy to see her and even excited pees.I would recommend them to everyone one they truly care!

Everyone was very welcoming, “fur”rendly, and very professional. Rilee gets a bit anxious when it’s time for a nail trim but they make her feel relaxed, and do a wonderful job with her!!Rilee and I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s.

Had an amazing experience with my all of my dogs! Would definitely recommend, I have one dog who’s very skittish, they made him feel right at home and now my dog actually looks forward to going to the grooming salon!! I’ve never had a bad experience there. I love the selection of food and dog treats that they have as I am very picky with what my dog eats!

Our toy poodle shakes like a leaf and is very nervous when trying a new groomer. Melissa (the owner) took the time to get to know our dog and built rapport / trust before we left her to get the full package groom. When we were called to pick our dog up a short time later she was exceptionally groomed with the best teddy bear cut we've ever had in eight years and her nails were perfectly trimmed. Further we were very impressed with how clean, friendly, caring, highly skilled, convenient (with long hours) and well priced Furrendly Clips was for pet grooming. We have tried other places in the area and by far this is the best! Highly recommended!!

Awesome experience, helpful front staff and lots of there products are always on sale for an extra bit of savings.Dog came out looking and smelling great!Definitely will be returning to this place for sure
