Alex and his team at The Boiler Guys deliver the goods.From consultation (multiple meetings), design, pricing, scheduling and install - they have been patient, informative and were willing to educate me.On the day of the install, the team arrived punctually and worked in a focused and professional manner. Clean up was meticulous and by day's end they had everything working - as it should be. The attention to detail in the entire 'build' is top notch as unusual as this may sound... my mechanical room has been given a visual upgrade that is 'sexy'.Special mention to the front line staff - Ms. Tina and Ms. Victoria were kind, courteous, patient and know their business.I would go on but then it might come across as a ' paid endorsement' which this is not. I am a broke ass musician and The Boiler Guys (and gals) managed me through an ocean of misinformation and (dare I say) deceit. Wading through all of this was made much easier thanks to The Boiler Guys by my side - you have put a smile on my face.Hot water and radiant heat are back in fine form.Thank you The Boiler Guys!!!

We had Alex replace our boiler and hot water tank with a combo unit along with replacing all our 100 year old cast iron pipe with pex pipe and moved into the joists. He did a great job and nothing was too difficult. He's also up to date on the latest technology.

After a lot of searching and a lot of comparison shopping, we finally came across The Boiler Guys and are very glad we did. They did an excellent job at installing the boiler system for our Warm board flooring system and our NuAir ventilation system. The installation was in a newly constructed log home which is outside of the norm and their pricing was competitive. I didn’t feel that they were inflating their prices at all knowing that the job wouldn’t be a normal stick frame installation. Alex was so helpful in giving us the details that we needed to understand what could be done.Tina was extremely helpful in coordinating our appointments and scheduling to accommodate us and the many other contractors that we are dealing with. As we were the general contractor for the build, I understand that most good contractors do their best to coordinate times to efficiently take care of their clients. I dealt with both types of contractors. The Boiler Guys were great to work with.I was so impressed with how neat and clean the installation was. We had already begun to move into the house so they also had to now deal with some of our property inside the home and basement. They efficiently worked around that. They still respected our property and managed to install the duct system in the vaulted ceiling and through the few interior walls that we do have. I know our job wasn’t the most difficult, but it wasn’t straight forward either. I would recommend The Boiler Guys to anyone wanting to do an installation of a boiler, Warm Board, towel warmers & the NuAir fresh air system. They are respectful and cooperative and do an outstanding job. I will also be sending an email to Warm Board to tell them how impressed I am with this company. This is the second service call from the Boiler Guys and I am happy that they have my back! I finally found a company that I can rely on to take care of my 30 year old boiler and any issues regarding heating and cooling of my home. I feel secure that they have my best interest at hand and my equipment is in good hands. They are knowledgeable, give great customer service and follow up and their prices are not exorbitant! I would recommend it wholeheartedly! Updated May 2018: My mistake... I thought I hired a good company that I would have a good long term business relationship with but on the third job very disappointed with sub par work and bad customer service.

I called Boiler Guys to service my residential boiler and Alex showed up at my house the next evening and diagnosed, repaired and even fixed some faulty wiring that I had. He explained my system to me, and offered honest recommendations to fix the issue I had. He was super knowledgeable and friendly.The heat was back on in under 20 mins, and with the service he provided, I won't have the same problem ever again.I'd highly recommend the boiler guys and Alex for any service you need for your boiler.Their receptionist Tina is great too. I can't say enough about the great service I got from Tina & Alex!

The team that came to my home was punctual and informative. They went the extra mile to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. I wish I had called them first. The Boiler Guys are the BEST!Professionals in their field. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE on Boiler Systems and Radiators. Fixed our rad leak and tuned up our system. Will definitely be using them when time for a replacement comes. We've dealt with many companies in the past, and no one can compare to the level of knowledge Alex has with Rads and Hydronic Heating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our 43 year old oil fired boiler and hot water heater required replacing. As our decision was to replace oil with propane due to our rural location we really had to do our homework. After consultation with the Boiler Guys and other suppliers, our choice became clear. We decided on the Boiler Guys because of their knowledge of just exactly what our requirements were. This was a very complex undertaking for us in scheduling the oil tank and line removal, the installation of the propane tanks and of course the boiler and hot water tank. Pleased to say that everything is completed and works and looks great! Thanks to Tina in the office for helping with all the front end work and Alex and his team for the installation. The crews were on time and extremely courteous at all times. Thanks again to Alex for bringing it all together.Well the proof of value of a good contractor is the after installation service. After a major conversion in our home there were a few minor details that required attention. These were performed on MY schedule and everything is perfect. The follow up service appointment was right on time. Thanks to Alex and the boiler guys, and of course the Boiler Girls in the office who put it all together!!

We couldn't be happier with the service performed by Alex. He knows his stuff, was on time, didn't try to sell unneeded service or parts, alleviated all our concerns, was courteous, explained what he was doing, informed me how best to adjust our boiler system.
