Staff needs to be trained on how to handle customers' complaints. Blame shifting and snide remarks should be replaced with friendly customer service and correction of errors.

I went to the tim hortons highland road. I live in pain and presently dealing with situational anxiety. I asked the question do i add to my card in wallet or on phone. She argued with me it was just a rewards card. I showed her 3 times my card is linked. Anyway I was not rude but though I tried not to show frustration i wss in tears asked 5 times what do you mean. The manager accused me of being rude. I was not rude I was feeling picked on. Anyone out there going through a rough time stay far away from there. They treat you badly. This is the one at 1500 highland road west kitchenet.

This location has gone down hill very fast. The last several times I have been, something about the order has been incorrect. Cold tea that should have been hot, coffee in lieu of tea, missed food items, etc. Quite bad experiences at this location - highly recommend going to another Tim's if you have the option

Most pathetic Tim ever. Today is my third time going there every time hoping this would be a better experience. Previously, I went there and although there was not much of crowd in the store, still I waited 15 minutes and no one took the order. Today, I asked for a hot coffee which was cold. The staff is rude and service is poor. Never going there again.

I came by drive thru and order herb and garlic pastry and they gave me this. I’m so disappointed about it. They should pay more attention when taking orders and giving to the person. This happened me two three times.

This was a handly Tim Hortons for driving between jobs. Friendly staff but never have any food products available. Always out of food. Not worth going to this location anymore just to wait and line and be told they are out of everything.

I give this location five stars. Not because they are the fastest at the drive-thru but they consistently get my order correct and are always courteous.

This is seriously the slowest most pathetic location of all the Tim Hortons. The staff is rude and so slow. I hate going here but I honestly believe this time will be better". It never is."
