Yesterday was the first time I wrote a 1 star review for a business due to a misunderstanding with the an employee at the shop.Today I am amending my review to reflect the outstanding customer service conducted by both the Manager of the New Glasgow shop and the district manager for the company.They went above and beyond in making sure that my requests to return a product were met along with other outstanding concessions.There was an error and misunderstanding but the eagerness to correct the issue was simply tremendous. It has regained my confidence and loyalty to the company and is very encouraging.This sort of customer outreach is very rare.I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for a great shop with conscientious employees to shop here.

run by a bunch of goofs that just want to rip you off. do yourself the favour and avoid these guys at all costs! whether you are a shopper or a employee it’s not a good place to interact with!

Had nothing but positive experiences here! My first time in was before Christmas to do some shopping for a gift for my dad. Felt out of my element a bit but the guy helped me pick out some stuff and was super helpful.Also, matt is amazing and you’re lucky to have him working there!

I have had only good experiences in past. I called the store this morning to ask about flavours, strength and volume (simple asks). The employee either did not know the difference between volume and strength, or was completely checked out.I bought one one bottle of 30ml (20mg Nicotine) of flavourless juice and was charged $43. I am trying to support local, but $43 is ludicrous.From today forward, I will be buying online simply from the experience that I had today. Best of luck to anyone who is new to vaping and could very easily mix up volume and nicotine content... just like your employee.Good luck.

Always attentive, always positive. Engaging wonderful staff and perfect selection for what I need. I literally cannot say enough for this store. There is no other comparison in all of Pictou County. Lovely. I am happy to be one of their customers. Anyone who is giving this business a bad review clearly owns their own Vape business.

Just went in to get a battery, lady working there was beyond helpful and went out of her way to help with some issues I was having with a mod purchased elsewhere, and gave some great advice.

Return policy is a joke. Spend a hundred or two dollars on their merchandise and they won't take it back. The vape just don't work. Can't do anything unless the boss is there and they give you 7 days to return faulty items. Boss is off at 4 pm everyday and I get off at 5 so there is no hope I could have even made it there. Never go back

I'm very disappointed man. I have been coming here for years and recently bought a new torch on a whim. I was not told there were no returns or exchanges before or after the sale completed. Got home and found that it doesn't work. I thought, okay, no worries, I'll exchange it. Go in and am told there's no returns or exchanges. I could be wrong but I've never seen a sign or heard it before either. I was going to get a shatter rig here but I'll never be coming back now.Edit: thanks for the condescending reply; totally didn't try to fill it or know that they come empty.
