Great atmosphere, yummy food and awesome staff! The seats are roomy and comfortable and the booths ofer privacy. I loved the Philly Steak Poutine and the Strawberry and Banana with Nutella Crepe was filled with ripe and delicious fruits. Our waiter offered us water while we decide what to order, then once we were ready, left one of the menus with us in case we decide on something else. The waiter who brought our food apologized for us having to wait for it, even though we were having too good time to notice. Everyone was professional and smiling, and as we left, we were thanked and told we are appreciated! We can’t wait to come again!

My family brought me to Dspot for my 40th birthday, I wanted dessert for dinner and it was delicious! The servers were so kind and generously brought me an extra bowl of ice cream with a sparkler to celebrate. We had a great time! We bought 2 desserts and shared both between 4 of us.

Every bite of your desserts is like a little slice of heaven! Your store truly knows how to satisfy every sweet tooth with a wide variety of delectable treats. From the perfectly moist cakes to the creamy and smooth ice creams, everything is made with the finest ingredients and crafted with so much love and care. Store - Was very clean! We were greeted and accommodated to our seats as soon as we entered.Service - The service was great! Simy ensured our orders were correct and assisted us with our order. She was very friendly.Wait time - No wait time for the line. The food just took a little longer than expected. Waited a good 20 - 30 minutes till our food got to us when the store was pretty much empty.Food - The food tasted great! We ordered two hot dogs, a cheesy fries first alongside our desserts but told them this should come later after we're done with the salty foods. They brought it 30 minutes later which seemed pretty long but it was alright when your with a group of 4 as long as your not in a rush. The desserts we ordered were the for the love of richer (cookie skillet), royalty (waffle), and divide & conquer (waffle), a small scoop of chocolate brownie icecream with milk chocolate palettes and whip cream.Prices - The prices were a little bit on the mid to high end side. Each individual paid approximately $20 per dessert. The additional toppings were $2 which I believe is a bit too high for the amount your getting.

Good experience at D spot kitchener. Good desserts.. too delectable but everyone likes it here. Huge menu.. almost always a lineup on the weekends.

Went to this location for the first time last night. We had a really kind and personable waitress named Alia who served us with a smile and good conversation as well as good knowledge of the menu, gave her opinion on certain choices etc. Was grateful for the help and friendliness! She def gets points, however I think she will know that I have to take off one star because we had seen at the Waterloo location, funnel cakes being served on the menu and were sooooo looking forward to having some. Of course, we decided to come to the Fairway location for our first, highly anticipated visit only to be shocked and disappointed that they do not in fact, have funnel cakes there. So strange!!! Anyway, what we did have - strawberry cheesecake parfait and banana brulee waffles - was extremely delicious with beautiful presentation etc. We enjoyed ourselves and give a good rating, but def will prob head to the other location since we still want to get our funnel cake :P

Had lunch here with the family. My youngest loves waffles. Good place to bring the family, date, or catch up with friends. In terms of the food, so many sweet and savoury options. There is no alcohol and the food is Halal for those that have the preference. The burgers dont automatically come with fries so remember to add that. We ordered a pest chicken pizza, waffle, white chocolate brownie, fries, a burger, and their milkshake for $90+ with tip. The wait staff was pleasant. Bathrooms were clean. For accessibility, this place is wheelchair ready.

We came in on a very busy night with a big group. We did have to wait a little bit but the service was phenomenal and the food delicious! It was expensive but you absolutely get value for that money. They do offer Gluten free waffles and crepes although it wasn't well marked on the menu.
