Classic Salesman's who say anything to make a sale. They call me saying my brand new vehicle is ready for pick up. I drive 1 hour and 30mins to pick it up. Upon pick up I Noticed parts weren’t installed on it as agreed in contract. Took over a month of constantly calling them to finally get the parts. Once finally at the dealership it took from 8am to 530pm and still goin just to install a wiring harness. I’m from out of town and wasted my day waiting… unprofessional. I expected better.

My experience at a dealership has never been as easy and professional as it was at Dilwari. My sales rep Paul Chapman made the buying experience amazing. My wife and I walked into the dealership with an idea of what kind of truck we wanted and told him what vehicle we were trading in. He made the entire process easy, fast and enjoyable. We traded our 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T in for a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram Warlock Edition.All my future business will be done at Dilwari because of Paul. Thanks again

( I’ve reported them to OMVIC). Very nice experience while buying my vehicle, nothing but a nightmare afterwards. They said they would tint my vehicle as part of the deal(they did not) they still haven’t gave me my deposit back( it’s been a month). No one will take my calls. I leave voicemails with no return. Very unprofessional. I have overspray on my truck from the line x they put on and they still haven’t resolved it. Will never go back to Dilawri and I suggest you don’t either

Just a horrible experience with this dealership. Bought a truck and they made me wait 18 days for it. Leaving me stranded. Then tell me it’s ready for noon. And make me wait 2 more hours for the truck. So many reasons why this was a really horrible experience. Form sales to finance to the completely useless parts department. What should have been a fun and exciting experience for me turned out to be an extremely frustrating time.

Everyone at this location was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My salesman Manu was exactly the kind of person I want to buy a truck from. He was more like a helpful friend than a traditional salesman. The dealership went out of their way to get the truck ready for delivery on my birthday. Every detail was perfect, so rare these days with car dealerships. Thank you to this Dilawri location. They have my business moving forward.

After buying several Chrysler Pacifica’s from different dealerships i decided to try these guys out and I can tell you that it was the best decision I ever made in choosing a dealership.They were super efficient, nice, friendly down to earth kinda people. Super helpful with all my needs.Placing the order bam bamDelivery which in my experience with all my new cars is always a couple of hours where they try to up sell you more from extended warranty to rust proof, lower rates etc etc not these guys. Delivery here super fast, efficient and only 20-30 minutes.Can’t help but mention some great great guys Armando, Bruce and Khalid not only helped with the order placement and all throughout delivery but even after. Most of the dealership once you get the new car you’re on your own, well, not these guys.From now on this is my new place to go for all my and my family needs.
