Where do I even start? Angela was referred to my boyfriend and I from a mutual contact and I feel like we have won the lottery! She has been nothing short of amazing, patient and kind especially for first time home buyers. She was able to help keep my crazy calm throughout the whole process (which is a task in itself) and was so knowledgeable and informative as we went. I was able to reach out to her anytime for anything I needed. We have had a riot looking at houses and were able to find the one all thanks to this lady! When the listing popped up we contacted her right away to get us a viewing ASAP because we were worried someone would snag it right from under us. She was able to get everything done quickly even when we decided to put our offer in and get the deal closed. I refuse to use any other realtor so long as Angela around!!! I contacted Angela a few weeks after we met, when she had come through my home when I was trying to sell thru FSBO.ca. She was one of a few realtors who were on my short list of realtors to use if we decided to relist with a realtor. I was so impressed with her natural ease, and that she was so easy to talk to, that I decided to list with her. I liked that she is completely into using social media for promoting her listed properties and she worked her buns off with other realtors in promoting the property for showings. After only 18 days on the market, we had 3 offers in one day and the sale was finally closed! I'm a 36+ years retired banker, many of the years were in mortgage related positions and I know and understand the process in selling a home. She just made it so much easier for us!

She had a amazing network of people to work with (mortgage specialists and home inspector). Her mortgage broker got us the best interest rate compared to several banks and brokers.
