First off read the fine print on their warranty policy, they do not cover the RE and RE costs or shipping the transmission to them they did cover the return shipping though, they received my transmission on July 5 and I still do not have it as of august 15, the transmission failed cause of a faulty part which they did go good for, but I’m still going to be on the Hook for atleast a 800 dollar shop bill and 175 for shipping for their faulty part. This is the worst communication I have ever dealt with. I’ve called 4 times this past week just to see if its even on its way back all my texts get read and no reply’s will never deal with this company again! And now I’m surrounded by evacuation alerts and have no means to move the travel trailer to house my family if/when we get ordered to leave! I still have no idea where this transmission is

Save your money and shop elsewhere. This company is a complete disgrace. This guy takes zero pride in how he operates his business. First off the transmission when I ordered it he never provided any shipping information for a full week. I had to threaten for a refund then magically he had tracking information for me and said the shipping company had messed up. Okay I could handle that, then I get the transmission and the reverse plug on the top was no good so I had to replace that. Then I got the transmission installed, within 10km of driving I went to downshift from 5th to 4th and nothing, the transmission was bound up stuck in between gears. I parked it opened it up and couldnt get the forks to go between certain gears. Had to get the truck towed. Reached out to gearmissions about warranty and big surprise radio silence. Not even gonna bother with the warranty, just going to take it to a proper shop and bite the bullet. BUYER BEWARE.

Super impressed with the quality of work and the prompt service. Knowledge level is top notch and the time was taken to show me what went wrong with my transmission. If you have a blown NV4500 or NV5600 this is your hands down best option out there.

Have gotten 2 of my trucks nv5600 done here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dealing with Gear missions has been an extremely disappointing experience. They do not answer e-mails, you need to phone. I was told waiting for parts" and i received an invoice. I paid the invoice and for 3 weeks I was told my transmission would ship to me next Wednesday. it did not ship. Then my phone calls stopped being answered. Alas

AMAZING! I wish I Gould go 4.5 stars!I shipped a built nv4500 and it got here way faster then expected! The price and the quality you get is insane frome these guys! I will always recommend them to anyone amazing customer service answered really quick with great knowledge.Things to improve.........just the shipping/tracking was a bit of a hassle but worth it in the end
