I called in today and this young lady picked up the phone and I'm pretty sure she was new cause she told me her name which I don't remember but I know it stars with a R, who by the way has a voice of an angel. I was looking for a shampoo for thinning hair and the young lady told me the nutri-ox was the best for thinning hair which I got then she told me if I bought one and can get the second one half off. I was supper excited about that offer and I'm glad she brought that up to me. I've called here many times before and had worst experience I'm glad they hired someone who listens and understand my problems. For now on I'm going to make sure I talk to her only, no offence to the other workers. Whoever this young lady is I hope she work at Sally's Beauty forever.. we need more people like her. :)

This store has a good bunch of staff working on the team. One of them can seem to be pushy, but I think she means well. Everyone seemed willing to help and provide guidance as best they could. My suggestion to the other reviewers who have name called one of the store associates would be to possibly show some patience and understanding and next time just say I am browsing

I was told I could return an item once covid settled down and when I brought the item in they informed me I am past the 60 days! I tried returning it during that time frame and they said they were not accepting returns due to covid restrictions. The assistant manager, that I dealt with originally and who promised me I would have no issues basically said there is nothing that can be done. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH.

I went in to return an item that I bought at another location , the staff at this location were great, friendly , polite & both very helpful in helping me a choose a more suitable product. Keep up the good service Abi & Paris!! I will shop at this location again!!

Horrible customer service. Went in store and there was one more customer there so to adhere distancing I went through another aisle and stood way more than 6 feet and were choosing my stuff . Then saleswoman made it her point that in the store I should follow the arrow marks . She literally made me to go around to other customer and ask her to move for me to be at the same spot as at the beginning!!! And only then she let me shop ! Now I’m going to drive to other locations. I was shopping there for 5 years ! Never again.

If, I could give them less one star I would. I get no service there on June 12 before noon, the reason I am giving exact date and time is the store manager able to find out that I am talking about who. She was really rude and impolite. I asked her about cream developers three simple questions and she answered me I don't know " with attitude to all my questions . We are living in Canada

I went in looking for Heat Spray and this one was highly recommended by staff. It is a great product! I got some great deals for stocking stuffers and saved a ton of money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place for hair products especially if you have teen girls. Thank you!

Newmarket store- Called to put a hold on a hair item until this evening. And called back since circumstances change. The staff (Melissa) on the phone was like I was wasting her time and said it would be put back on shelf. Her nameWon’t shop hear if I’m wasting your time over the phone- wouldn’t want to see what in store would be like
