Was little hesitant after reading some questionable reviews and wasn't sure about visiting the store. So glad I didn't skip on Trek when looking for a new mountain bike. Ended up purchasing the Excalibur 8 and couldn't be any happier. After visiting a couple other bike shops in the area and learning about the lack of inventory and long wait lists, didn't have high hopes. I came on a Saturday afternoon and the store wasn't very busy. I was greeted by Dan and he helped me with advise. He kept the bike on hold for me so i can complete my research and make sure this is the bike i want and need. Two days later i returned to close the deal and was serviced by Kirk who solidified the transaction. Kirk was very kind and knowledgeable. Waiting for the bike to be assembled and hope to pick it up next week.

The staff here are beyond amazing! We had a small mixup with our order and everyone of the staff was willing to help out in their own way. Everyone was super polite, happy to be there and help out and were super knowledgeable!I've also been there multiple times before for various questions or orders and each time has been a super positive and amazing experience!Super happy to work with the team and looking forward to working with them in the future!

Poor service. We came in to purchase a helmet. A gentleman came to show us two helmets on display and explained it was for toddler size. I read the label and it was for infant which up to 50cm. He explained the next size would be a junior. There was no explanation about the product. He walked away. I politely thanked him and we walked out of the store. At no point did any of the 3 individuals working there looked up and acknowledged us. There were no other customer at the store. We left feeling our service was not wanted here.

Wow a great store! Alannah took the time to really show me the different types of bikes and listened to my needs and wants for what I required in a bike. I ended up purchasing a Radioactive Red Trek Marlin 5 in size L with 29 wheels. Really happy with my purchase and looking to ride more and more this summer."

These guys run a great bike shop where they actually care about the rider and earning their business. Bought a couple of bikes from here since they opened and today went in on the off chance with a bontrager helmet I crashed last month. They exchanged it on the spot, no questions asked.Worth the drive out to get great service like this where a store remembers you and will look after you, after the purchase.

It started with buying this Ferrari below at the beginning of the season. I crashed a few goals on Strava while enjoying hilly rides of golden fields in Ontario this year.It was quite an upgrade for me going into road biking and the staff was very helpful to get me started. I was setup with everything I needed in no time and could crash the roads enjoying rides from early summer into late fall.Trek Aurora is my go to place for all the maintenance work and good advice on future needs.

A huge thank you to Dan and Kirk at Trek Aurora who have helped educate me and get me set up with all the necessities for my new Roscoe 7!I was left really disappointed and frustrated with the poor service and experience I had at the Barrie store when first purchasing/picking up my bike. The Aurora store has definitely restored my faith in Trek and provided me with a way better experience. Thank you thank you thank you for not just taking my money but helping me become a more knowledgeable rider and learn about how to care for my bike.
