The lady in the Photo Booth was so kind.

This is my local pharmacy, and they are super! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pharmacists have provided excellent information regarding possible drug interactions. They have also provided assistance dealing with insurance companies, Trillium and drug company copay departments.

The pharmacist, Mr. Goodyear, is warm and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and gladly takes time to advise you when you have questions. The assistants and cashier are always smiling and helpful.

I drive 40 minutes to get better pharmacy service. The pharmacist was rude and uncaring. I would never trust my child's nor my pharmaceutical care with them.

Friendly staff, wide variety of products in their store and very knowledgable pharmacists.

Not very accommodating when phoning in a request for an approved prescription refill. I have since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy with significantly improved customer service. Will never return here.

The pharmacists are so helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to help a person. They have resolved so many issues I have had. Amazing they are and I tell many!!The cashiers are awesome, friendly, polite, efficient. The floor worker will stop what they are doing to help anyone. Always a friendly bunch. The owners and management staff are amazing. Chris and Marlene, get A++++ in my book. Not only will they stop to help, they CARE! It is still the same as Lorraines was. Some small town stuff never changes. Friendly faces that actually CARE. You do not get this sort of treatment in many places anymore.Oh yes, and a huge selection, even for gifts.Sugar free collection is bar none the best in All of Renfrew County even

At the very least, no training.▪️Trying today Monday to speak to staff on phone to fix, all selections lead to disconnection.▪️HOW DID THINGS GO SO BADLY WRONG for SUMMER '23, Lorraine's?!▪️A couple actual phone calls starting on Friday A.M. & in person visits (driving in from miles away, note), yielded:oh come back tomorrow for your prescription refill, we've ordered from another location. Then on phone Sat A.M.: come this afternoon. So, final in person visit yielded: oh, there are no refills, The customer must call their doctor for refills.▪️ Why weren't we told on Friday morning in the first phone call instead of Saturday afternoon when my doctor's office is CLOSED.▪️Also NO it is the pharmacy's responsibility to fax in a refill request to the customer's doctor.▪️WHY don't your staff know this, Lorraine's?!▪️I just spoke to my doctor's office & they are baffled as to why your pharmacy would behave in such an irrational way & not fax them for my asthma medication prescription because, I am stranded wheezing with a fresh case of COVID!▪️ My husband was the errand boy trying to get meds & supplies for our isolation when HE comes down inevitably with symptoms.▪️If I have air left after I or we test clear of the corona virus, I really hope to have this out with someone - hopefully the manager - face to face to understand this insanity.▪️Meanwhile I'll just gasp for air while they don't answer phones at Lorraine's...

I live in the area, Lorraines’s Pharmasave is one of three pharmacies in the area. I have tried all three places for various reasons and found Lorraines to be the best. The staff in the pharmacy are extremely knowledgeable about ALL the pharmacy related items found in their store. The entire staff is courteous and helpful and often go above and beyond the norm to help a customer. I recommend you pay a visit to the store even if you don’t need a Rx, there are a lot of other things to check out!
