I dropped my wedding and engagement rings off for extensive work. Over $350. I was given excellent treatment until the credit card was used. Then it was like a switch went off and the sales lady could of cared less that I existed. She couldn't get rid of me fast enough. And I was the only customer in the store.I felt the same when I went back to pick up my rings. Three of them standing together having coffee and once they knew I wasn't shopping for some new jewellery but just there for pick up - they were basically stand offish towards me. Nd i was giving them a cheery good morning! I'll never go back.

My fiancée and I came here to get our marriage license. Service was super quick and efficient. But I think the best part was the help we received there. Leonard, the manager, was so friendly and funny! Incredible customer service! Definitely would recommend!

Leonard was amzing! Great service and very polite!!! We got both our marriage license and a watch. He was very helpful and got us what we needed very quickly but also made sure to cover everything we needed to know! Amazing experience!!

I bought a watch as a birthday gift for my father. I dealt with Prerana the assistant manager at Lawson mall location. The time of purchase she was very helpful and open to us looking at all the inventory. Prerana helped us pick the perfect watch with suggestions from her personal purchases for her own family members. Would definitely suggest going to see her for any jewelry purchases or browsing.
