Aire One Peel

Got the HVAC Heat pump System from Aire One and have been happy with the overall performance. Atif was a key differentiator with his knowledge and customer service skills , where we went from calling to install a new AC to replacing our system with a HeatPump(since our unit was over 18 yrs old anyway) rather than waiting for it to break down.Now hoping to get some $$ back from government from rebate as the overall out of pocket cost tends to be high when doing teh Heat pump system.(14k and change incl tax).AIRE one have been great and would recommend their services over the pushy Atlas guys.

Coldest week of the year, and suddenly we have furnace problems. Unbelievable that from 12:00 noon (when the problem was determined) to 5:00 PM (when the installation was completed) that a new furnace could be installed so professionally. From Olsen, our annual service superstar, to Toufan, who did a remarkable job of installing our new unit and explaining all the critical pieces of info, it was such an easy and well-managed process, It was an unexpected expense at this time of the year, but thank you to the people of Aire One to make it so painless for us. We have heat AGAIN!!

The experience with Aire One was very pleasant.They arrived earlier than expected, no waiting around. The installers were very pleasant and professional. They made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and answered any questions I had. Actually, they let me know things before I even asked.

Furnace broke down on weekend. Aire One installed a new (and right-sized) furnace the same day. Thank you to the Aire One team for your responsive and terrific service on short notice, especially Atif and the installation team. Really appreciate your help.

I initially contacted Aire One Peel after three days of waiting on Enercare to unsuccessfully repair their rental water heater from 2008, that they refused to replace (second photo included below).The Air One Peel salesman P.J. arrived in essence within the hour of my call and confirmed my suspicion. By the end of the day, our new tankless water heater was installed by Payman and then Enercare arrived, intent on not removing their water heater for another week at an additional fee.As a testament to the sales acumen of P.J.; we now have a brand new tankless water heater, furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and HEPA air purifier (see photo below).In closing, we really appreciated the timely service and install of all products (Enercare's scrap bucket rust tank is still in the furnace room), by the competent, capable, knowledgeable and proficient Aire One Peel installers and service people: Payman and Atif.

The overall experience with Aire One was extremely positive. The sales representative was knowledge and provided what I needed within the next business day. The installation was extremely positive. The technician was very knowledgeable. It was a greatexperience. My A/C and furnace was up and running in 6 hrs and 1/2. I recommend Aire One and give them a 5 star rating.

We had a great experience with Aire One! PJ was able to provide a furnace quote immediately and was able to send his team in the very next morning to install. The process from beginning to end was very easy and any questions we had were answered. We highly recommend them!

The key to getting the most value out of expensive/premium equipment is proper installation. The team used premium gear including armour shield electrical cable and ensured all items including a tankless water heater were ready to go immediately upon their completion.

The first coldest night our furnace breaks down. I called to explain the situation and the receptionist had atech here within an hour. He advised us of our options and made some helpful recommendations. A few hours later where most businesses would close at 5:00,the installers arrived to do the job. Thank you is not the word I would use but it is a beginning to express our most sincere gratitude for caring. I strongly recommend this company.
