WOW - if you want a flawless, beautiful, rustic yet elegant wedding, this is your place. We booked Code’s Mill back in summer 2019, for our December 31, 2020 date. When the pandemic hit, as soon as the coordinator, Michelle, had information she reached out to reassure us about what would happen in various scenarios. Throughout the whole process, Michelle was calm and positive, with a rational approach to problem solving. As our date approached, she worked with us and the health unit to ensure we were having a safe, but still fun and special event. She answered all of my millions of questions in a timely manner. Ten days from our big day, we found out we would be going back into lockdown. Michelle called us immediately, offered for us to still have the legal ceremony in the venue, and worked with us to choose our new date. As the lockdown continued, we started to become more and more worried about our new March date. Michelle could not have been more reassuring, supportive, adaptable, or accommodating. She was doing everything she could to make us happy and optimistic about our wedding, while still staying within the government guidelines. She is a ROCKSTAR and along with her team, gave us more than day of our DREAMS. The food was AMAZING (we had the beef wellington and tuna steak as our entrees and the chocolate mousse for dessert); our guests have not stopped raving about the atmosphere, the food, and how safe they felt. Without a doubt, Code’s Mill on the Park is one of the best kept secrets - a true hidden gem.

We hosted our wedding here this summer, planning during a pandemic meant we chose the venue without seeing it in person- but we couldn't have been happier it was beautiful. Michelle and the staff were wonderful to work with, and did their best to navigate a new situation for all. They adapted well with the changing guidelines and were accommodating. The food was very good and there was lots of it!

Attended a wedding this summer and the food was inedible. I wouldn't recommend, especially if this is a destination wedding. Not worth the extra cost whatsoever.

Had a July 2019 reception here it was everything we could have wanted! Incredibly spacious for 150 people without having to put any tables in the dance floor. We loved all of the twinkly lights on the beams and the room cleaned up to be incredibly romantic when decorated and set up. Michelle was around throughout the planning and was very easy going, easy to communicate with and guided us through the process. The food on the day was great; I really enjoyed my beef Wellington and received lots of compliments from guests on the food. Definitely greater value than getting married in the city and with a lot more charm. All of our vendors had an easy time working with the venue and we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding day or the night before. The staff works to be accommodating where they can and there were lots of opportunities for food and drink sampling throughout the planning process. Perfect reception place if you are getting married in the park or nearby, and the best western is right across the street! Thanks codes mill for a fantastic night!

Ok this place is really beautiful! Really cozy! It was really well decorated for christmas! I liked it a lot!

My son and his new wife held their reception here (Oct 2022). What a gorgeous venue and the service was magnificent. The food was great, the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Nice venue for a social gathering. The age of the building is evident, but there is air conditioning and it is well maintained.
