Our Samsung Phone system was installed without any glitches and work better than anticipated. Jeff and Ruben know the product inside and out. They are easy to get a hold of and quick to return calls to answer any questions. Would highly recommend DCS Telecom to any business looking for a an excellent phone system but without the large price tag!

i was new on the job & had no password to change messages on our Samsung phone system. I googled the phone system & found DCS Telecom Ltd's number and gave them a call. Ruben answered & he said no problem. We set up a time to get my password reset and BOOM! it was done within a half hour.Both Ruben and Jeff were amazing at getting me oriented and set up so I could customize all sorts of features on the phone system. These guys are truly heroes and very trustworthy. I was surprised that the invoice i received was much lower than expected, given their knowledge, professionalism & expertise.
