The customer service rep was arrogant and unhelpful. After I renewed my basic ICBC car insurance, I wanted to know the difference in cost and coverage of the extended insurance offered by ICBC compared to my existing BCCA extended. I went to this branch to register our car. Nick is really helpful, responsive, and professional. He throughly explained all the terms in the insurance policy and kindly helped me to choose the right coverage for our car. He was very nice and friendly during the whole process. Terrible customer service. Taking days to reply email. Also the agent provided false information regarding the insurance policy. Not sure if he is incompetent or did it on purpose to persuade me to buy higher premium insurance.

Eden Ma has very bad manners and the way to explain is very rude. I tried a several years with the same location and it is always the same problem. I think Mr. Ma needs a better training in costumer service.
