Cannot reach and does not answer calls

They never pick up the phone, unable to leave message - voicemail always full . Drove all the way to the store on more than one occasion to discover the door is locked during business hours . (CALL AGAIN TODAY & PHONE IS NOT WORKING ) Very frustrating dealing with them and WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I have been buying ALKA+ water from these guys for years now for our office. Our office moved from their area about 6 months ago but I still go back and buy from them. Always friendly service!

Aqua One Water System is great. My son had allergies that caused skin problems. We found aqua One Filtration online and decided to invite at our home and get the RO System quote. Not only their quote is reasonable but they did free water testing and explain about their benefits and options for RO systems. They are the manufacturer for RO system located in Mississauga. Water quality change for both health and medical reasons switching to RO water system is a great choice to make. They picked up the phone and were very helpful. They cared about my issue and asked questions to find out the source of my RO system problem and confirmed what I was looking could be helpful and gave next steps if it wasn't. I ordered off their Amazon site which was the best price.

8/19Same story a week later. Looking for another option this weekend. Photo attached.When we decided to go with Aqua One for the Alkaline water system, the main reason was for its location and the convenience for future maintenance. It's for home use, so we are replacing our filters once a year. Since I don't work close to home, I was happy that they have Saturday hours, another plus for the convenience.However, on the past Saturday, I was at the store just before 3pm, the store is closed... AGAIN!! This is my 2ND TIME making the trip to the store on Saturday and found it's closed when it should be opened. So this brought the convenience" I was looking forward to down to half (2 out of 4 times).The store was dark
