River City Hyundai did a great job communicating expectations for a factory order and updating us regularly on delivery timing. I ordered an Elantra and Paul was awesome to deal with on the sales side. He walked us through all the features of the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. Richard in finance was also a pleasure to deal with, he presented and explained all of our finance options with no pressure and we were happy with the finance arrangements we made. This dealership will be the first place I go the next time I need to buy a vehicle.

It was good experience. I would say the efficiency and timeliness when responding to the customers request is astounding. If you don’t have much disposable time, go to Riverside Hyundai and see for yourself . My case was handled by Mr Omar and it was fantastic where my needs met in less than one hour.

These guys were great. I wish I remembered names but the sales lady that I dealt with was great. Literally no pressure at all. I was able to take my time. I took a vehicle out for a test drive on my own out on the manning freeway which was great. The sales manager was great as well. We negotiated a deal that worked for me and the deal was done. I would highly recommend.

River City Hyundai made my very first car purchase here in Edmonton a breeze. The moment we went in we were greeted with a really nice lady in the front desk, told her we didn’t have an appointment but we saw a car online that they sell and asked if we could see it so she directed us to Adam. Adam was great! He was very patient and accommodating, asked us if we wanted anything to drink and made sure we were comfortable before showing us the car. Then when we decided to get the car we met Jason. He was also great and patient with us. My niece loved their hot chocolate in the lounge.
