I purchased my son's glasses here and couldn't be happier with how everything went. He also scratched his lens when he fell and broke his nose pad off at school. Both times, they graciously did the repair for us. Recommend highly and will continue to come here.

Sheena was amazing getting my son into glasses 4years ago. I recently struggle with other places to try an get my daughter into a new pair of glasses, when I remembered the treatment we received with my sons special eye needs, 4 years ago. I called and she was ready and gave us the instructions on what steps we need to get done. Also shout out to Rachel for helping my daughter pick out a new set of eyes, she was very excited, and very happy after pick up, which was sooner then we estimated. Daniel thanks for all the information and curiosity call for pick up. Much appreciation for all the work you do for my family. Excited and definitely gonna be coming in soon to get my new glasses.

Sheena & Co. have been furnishing my kids' faces with glasses for a couple years. They have the best product line for kids in Vancouver. Don't know why anyone would go elsewhere, especially for kids'.

This was probably my best experience with getting new glasses. From the first time I walked into the store and was greeted by Daniel, to every other person that helped me along the way, I received stellar treatment each time. I found the perfect pair of glasses and every person that helped me was genuinely kind, helpful, respectful and professional. These people really care and go the extra step to helping you find the perfect pair of glasses. 5 stars without question. Thank you all!

We have been going to Roberts & Brown for 5+ years since my first twin daughter needed glasses at 2.5. Then her twin needed glasses at 3.5. The staff's knowledge, attention to fit and recommendations around frames for my kids' special lenses has been wonderful. We have been very pleased with the service, especially this month when we had a difficult warranty replacement situation. The staff searched high and low to find a frame that would work with my daughter's speciality lenses and turned the whole thing around in a matter of days.

The absolute best ! I got helped by Ruby and Rachel, and they were so helpful, patient, funny and knowledgeable!! I had the most incredible experience getting new lenses from them. I just returned for sunglasses lenses and once again I got the absolute best service, their suggestions were always on point. We've been regular customers since my daughter was 3 (now on glasses #4, seven years later). It's consistently friendly service and they are so good with kids and making the process simple. It's like they have kid clairvoyance and can tell by just looking at a kid what will work best for them. It makes it so easy for us parents.
