Love our Jackson Grill LUX 700 Series BBQ. Owned a Vermont Castings BBQ for 10-15yrs prior that served us well and are so happy to have made the switch to Jackson Grills!Excellent customer service, full stainless steel, solid warranty, even temperature control, easy maintenance.Clean it once or twice a year and it comes out like new again!Have used it for slow cook brisket to high temp searing to amazing pizza and most everything in between!Highly recommend and TBH can't think of anything on our grill that we would want to change or do differently.

Called 1-800 number today and had the most helpful rep hook me up with the parts I needed for an 8 year old grill. Could not find parts listed on the site for the burners (yes the original burners lasted that long!), I needed, and was shocked when the rep found the correct parts and processed my order in minutes! He was fast, efficient, and extraordinarily polite, AND my burners had a LIFETIME warranty. Jackson grills not only have the best product on the market BUT have the staff, service, and people to back up this amazing product! WELL DONE,!

I have a 12 year old Jackson BBQ which still looks new and has worked great. I have had issues on three occasions and each time Jessie or Mark has gone above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Jessie has provided advice and instructions to remedy the problem. Even though the warranty period had long expired they have promptly sent me the replacement parts at a greatly discounted rate. They stand by their products and I highly recommend Jaskson Grills. Service is 12 out of 10.

My Jackson BBQ is 10 years old. Structurally, the grill has held up extremely well. The grill is covered but sits on my deck year round. I live in Atlantic Canada so winters are extreme. The diffusers are 85% burnt. I just spoke with customer support and was informed I still qualify for a 50% discount for Warranty. We love our Jackson BBQ and the Customer Service. I have been using my Jackson grill for almost 10 years, great grill. I just called to replace a burner. Wow, service amazing. I have also order the smoke box, can't wait for that. I will definitely recommend Jackson Grill product.

From a customer service standpoint I have to say that this is one of the best experiences ever. Jackson grills stand behind their products and backs it up with unbelievable service. I called on a Friday to order some parts for my more than 10 year old JPG-50 grill. Roly was incredible to deal with and made sure that I had all the parts I would need to complete my restoration on my grill. Roly advised me of the cost of any parts that I needed and advised that I should see the parts in the next couple of days.During our phone call we discovered that Roly would be visiting my community, so I gladly exchanged some info with him to make it a great experience. After the phone call I mentioned to my wife what a great experience I just had with Jackson grills.Turn the clock ahead 3 days and I get a random text, and its from Roly saying hey! I got your parts with me! Now that is customer service. He and his wife went out of their way to meet me and personally deliver my parts! How is that for customer service, even when he is on holidays, Roly is a real gem. It’s really heartwarming to know that there still is this level of customer service in our world! I finally needed to replace my built-in 15-year old Jackson Premiere 850 grill due to structural damage to the rear internal wall. Roly was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing detailed quotes and being crucially involved in the complex shipping and customs requirements from Canada to California. He also was a real partner by providing post-sale advice, properly hooking up the new Jackson Supreme 850 grill to propane. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to at least another 15 years of excellent service.

Bought a Premier 700 Jackson Grill in 2007. Best appliance purchase ever. This past week I called for a new Grid and on review of the Lifetime Warranty they agreed to sell me the part at 50% of the retail price.Jesse was super helpful and also sold me on new burners and new diffusers. Great decision. These arrived within a week and now my barbecue is as good as new. I see no reason why it couldn’t work another 10 years.Great quality and awesome service.

We own 2 Jackson grills and have for some time. They still perform and look like new. We recently required some replacement parts and were treated like we own the company ! Amazing knowledge and helpful, professional customer service. Prompt response back too from people who actually know what they are doing….and it shows!

I've had my Jackson Grills bbq for 7 years, and recently had to replace my burners and a few other parts. I called up the staff at Jackson grills and they had my parts ready for pick up the same day. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. Great customer service and a great product.
