Cambridge Daycare

Our son attended this daycare for just under a year (12m-23m) and we had such a great experience. The staff were all great and the daycare always felt cozy & family run with the benefit of the daycare structure. We also felt like our son learned a lot there including picking up some sign language from the staff!

Cambridge was the absolute best experience for our daughter. She went at 6 months old to 3 years old and our entire family felt at home. They are caring, patient, friendly, so much more and on top of that affordable. My daughter hasn't been there for 2 years and still talks about Cambridge !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our little girl was at Cambridge daycare for two years. The staff took amazing care of her and were extremely kind and attentive. Our daughter always looked forward to going. The facility is new and is spotless clean. Hands down one of the best daycares in Edmonton.

Words cannot express enough our thanks to the lovely couple Mircea and Dorretta and the dedicated teachers who all run the Cambridge daycare .We have just moved to Edmonton from Australia and have been communicating with staff at Cambridge by email for few months before arriving here for our three and half year old daughter .As planned we had a tour of the daycare the first week in Edmonton , We liked the programme and layout of daycare instantaneously, our daughter was offered lunch with other kids on the day of the tour and my wife who was nursing a 4 month old was given a room to breastfeed the baby and offered coffe, small gestures but so kind and made us feel so very relaxed as we were recovering from a long travel and still very jet lagged.We had no hesitation in signing up for the daycare and we sent our daughter there next day only to receive an unexpected email from another daycare just steps away from my place of work . Logistically it would be much easier for me to drop off and pick up my daughter so that my wife is not left with the hard job of taking public transport with an infant and a toddler to drop off our daughter everyday .We discussed this with Dorretta and she was very compassionate and understanding and readily agreed for us to change the arrangement at daycare from month to month arrangement to a casual one so that we didnt incur any financial losses as we had already signed and submitted our enrolment papers for long term full time daycare at Cambridge .You both are a wonderful couple, the way kids interact with you both shows how much they love you, our stay with you was limited but memorable . I’m sure many more parents will benefit big time by sending their kids to Cambridge daycare . Best wishes .!! and Congratulations on completing 20 years of day care soon .!!

My recent encounter with Cambridge Daycare was an absolute nightmare. Their behavior over the phone was beyond rude and left me utterly appalled. I initially called them to inquire about a water purifier, and their response was nothing short of abhorrent.During my first call, the staff member informed me that they were in a meeting and abruptly asked me to call back later. Fair enough, I called back as requested. However, when I made the second call, the individual who answered was incredibly dismissive and impolite. Their lack of professionalism was evident as they impatiently told me to get to the point" and repeatedly responded with a disdainful "yeah yeah."This level of disrespect and condescension is absolutely unacceptable. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance at Cambridge Daycare. My son started there in 2014 and now my daughter is there and the staff is largely the same since we first arrived.The friendliest atmosphere, the kids explore through arts and crafts and have the opportunity to read and be read to. It's an educational environment with a wide range of toys and puzzles that prepares kids for their schooling years. Staff take extra care to communicate how my child is behaving and cooperating with the others. Monthly emails reporting on activities and progress are sent and timely emails regarding changes in policies or important information keep parents up to date with expectations and requirements.I personally witnessed the work that went into the location change and the commitment made by everyone to make the transition. It is something to see. The layout of the new daycare is incomparable to any other. Plenty of open space with natural daylight streaming in, modernized kitchen, sinks and washrooms in every section. The pedway that centers the space is unique and beautifully constructed. The playground outside is inviting and spacious for kids to run and play.There is a family feel to this place. I recommend it to anyone in search of a daycare for their child.

Amazing daycare, we are so grateful that we find it!My son was 5 and half month when we send him here, and he was so happy, it only took him a day to adjust. To me this daycare feels like family, cozy and warm, kids are happy there. staff are amazing as well. It has been more than a month since he go to this daycare, and every time I come pick him up he seems like is not willing to leave...Before I send him here, I was so worried that he is going to miss home and feel left alone , but this daycare give him a big warm family feeling and great care, that he is truly loved and growing and learning. I feel very confident and comfortable send him here as I know he will have a great day!This is the perfect daycare for my kid :)

Our kids have had such a wonderful experience at Cambridge. The owners and staff are so caring and invested. You truly get the feeling that the level of care they provide is the same level of care they would give to their own children or grandchildren. They have also spent so much time and thought into creating a unique and child centred space where kids can learn, adventure and grow. We're so grateful to have found them!

My children have good relationships with the staff. The older groups of children visit the local aged care facility, and walk to the library. It is a good example of an urban, busy day care. It is very multi-cultural. They have very little staff turnover. There are fun celebrations for major holidays and mothers and fathers day. I really appreciate their opening hours, because sometimes I have to be at work early.

Cambridge daycare is a real gem! They are very friendly, caring, and accommodating. Our daughter loves spending time at Cambridge. We very much appreciate everything they do for our daughter and our family. Many Thanks!
