I experienced bad customer service in this company many times  A senior sales representative yelled at you whenever you got to the warehouse in the last hour of their business hours. Other time he was not friendly and tried to reduce work load. I guess seniors are waiting to retire from the company.

The Produce Terminal
Receiver is not very helpful. Asked me (the driver) to come into his warehouse and separate the boxes into the separate orders (of which I have no clue what that is) onto pallets. That’s not my job. I don’t even have steel toe shoes to enter his warehouse …health and safety regulations. Obviously he doesn’t care about my safety and he wants others to do his job.

Poor customer service! Cater to larger buyers, second class citizens is how they treat the smaller markets. Changing to other companies already!

Would not accept responsibility for having sold rotten product. Sales rep Nick was especially unhelpful and incompetent. Spoke to another rep and was told they will only honour a credit or refund within 24 hours, I should have gone through my order at the time of purchase (where!? on the loading bay?), that I should have also known to call earlier AND that I was supposed to return the rotten, foul smelling remainder. Exceptionally poor customer service. Will not deal with them again.

They treat their commercial partners like trash at the warehouse. They state about the quality of people they work with. They should start inside the company.
