CommonSense Mediation
I took mediation training with common sense and really appropriated the attention received from the professionals there. You are not just reading and responding here - you are engaged with the content and the other students and the teachers. You work hard but walk away feeling confident!

I started taking classes from CommonSense Mediation, because I had been told that they provided an excellent source of education. Charmaine Panko has a great reputation in teaching and promoting Mediation. I wanted to learn from the expert, Charmaine. I appreciate Charmaine's style of teaching, engaging with reinforced learning approaches. I have taken a number of courses from CommonSense Academy. There are a number of options for courses available to cover many aspects of Mediation. The courses are available on line which I appreciated. As a result, I have gained significant knowledge of Mediation. I have my QMed designation and have been accepted on the Minister of Justice's list of qualified Mediators. I appreciate taking education from a leader in Mediation who is Saskatchewan based. Marg Romanow

the courses I have taken from this academy have been not only helpful but really transformative for me. I would recommend this academy to anyone interested in learning about anything they offer. The instructors are not only competent and easy to understand but they encourage learning and understanding in a way that is positive and realistic.

I wanted to become a recognized family mediator in Saskatchewan, and CommonSense Mediation Academy got me there. I felt supported through every phase of the training. They have a library that introduced me to mediation and conflict resolution books which was helpful. I also joined their mediation practice group and that's been important for developing my mediation skills in a community of mediators. I highly recommend CommonSense Mediation Academy.

From the first interaction with the common sense mediation team, you will experience their gold star standard of service. As a student with the academy for the past 3 years I have continually been challenged to open up my curiosity to new avenues to use the skills I am learning. The academy has always exceeded my expectations. With the online learning options you need to experience the academy for yourself. Charmaine and team are always open to network and share their knowledge.

Content was most appropriate. Length of session were appropriate. assignments were adult learner based and pressed fro reflection. Instruction was specific to the course content and practical. practice sessions were appropriate and not limited. Class size was excellent. The only point I would make is that the instructions could be condensed into a more friendly format. Many documents to sort through so maybe a compacted package all in one?? thanks

I completed the Mediating Financial Support Course with Charmaine via Zoom and would recommend CommonSense Mediation to anyone seeking training or conflict resolution. We are so fortunate to live in a society where we are empowered to make our own decisions. The mediation process provides a space to openly discuss what drives our decisions and positions creating resolutions that make sense.

CommonSense Mediation Academy is THE place to go for conflict resolution training! If you are interested in earning a designation as a mediator, the Academy can take you through all of the necessary training and will support you on your learning journey. Not only is Charmaine Panko is a leader in conflict resolution in Saskatchewan (and so you are learning from the best in the industry) but she and her team genuinely care about you as a learner and about supporting the growing conflict resolution practitioner community in SK and nationally. The Academy courses are interesting, current, and tailored to meet learner needs. Additionally, when you take courses with the Academy, you are welcomed into a vibrant and growing conflict resolution community! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
