My first time at this clinic was great. Fraoch treated me kindly, assessed my symptoms, and gave me recommendations. A few months later, I was still dealing with some issues so I booked a second appointment, seeing as my first one went so well. Regrettably, this time around was incredibly disappointing. When the receptionist brought me into the room, I sat down on the chair and finished writing a text. Not even 20 seconds later, Fraoch enters the room telling me to get myself ready and to “get off my phone” in a very abrupt, rude manner. She proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head as she walked towards me. Throughout the entire appointment, she was cold, short, and impatient with me, making me extremely uncomfortable. This is not how anyone should be treated while seeking help from a medical professional. I expected kindness, patience, and professionalism and, unfortunately, I didn’t get that here. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this clinic.

What a wonderful clinic! Very clean, spacious , professional and welcoming. The receptionist Dyann is wonderful to deal with to help with sheduling and understanding billing. I LOVE knowing appointment reminders will be sent out so I don't miss apppointments and miss care ( and incurr missed appointment costs).Fraoch is just lovely!
