Dispatched through BCAA after my car broke down during a visit from the mainland. Driver Ryan came within the hour and brainstormed ideas how to deal with the situation given being stranded on the island. He was so profoundly friendly, helpful, and couldn't do enough to help us out, he truly went beyond the call. Wouldn't hesitate at all to use their services again, thanks guys!

Today March 07/23I had a blowout on Highway 19 in Parksville, my tow-service had to call Georgia Straight, and they were prompt, showed up about 90 mins after I called, The Driver was kind enough to lower my car onto a Jack, so we didn't have to screw around trying to get one under it tomorrow morning. 5 Stars: you guys are amazing.3 months ago:Despite having a major accident to attend to, a truck came out and unlocked my car.

An absolutely amazing experience. Dispatched through BCAA, the wait was not that long and the driver contacted me by phone to let me know he was getting close.I was able to get off the mountain and meet him in the parking lot where my damaged car was.The driver, Tyson, was kind, professional, courteous, and a general pleasure.

Good service in all ways except that when driver 93 was backing up he gouged the trim and dented my bumper.

I hit black ice coming out of Courtenay and skidded into the bushes. Desperate to remedy the situation, I began calling different towing companies on Google but couldn't get an answer for most of them, since it was a Sunday.Danika was prompt and professional over the phone, and she told me that someone would be there within 45 minutes, which was a huge relief as I sat there in my truck.When Ryan arrived, he immediately got to work extracting my injured truck from the snow and trees. He did an amazing job and immediately put my mind at ease with his professionalism and calm demeanour. He understood that I wasn't in the best frame of mind having been in an accident, and explained the next steps for my truck.Ryan arrived today with my truck, towing it from Courtenay to Saanich. Had to get a flatbed tow for my westfalia. Kevin was prompt, professional and kind and made the trip home to Victoria with my mom very enjoyable! Highly recommend this service.
