30 Boul St Joseph E has been a wonderful building to live in; the best part of living here has been our building supervisor, Matt. He always makes himself available for questions and if we need any quick fixes, he's there! Beautiful views, great gym, and kind neighbors.

Apartments are OK, but buildings are dirty and unsafe.People throwing up in the garage, garbage and urine in the stairs. Noticed awful smell coming out from a locked parcel box, called them and sent emails, took them 2 weeks to remove it.People forced locked lockers, had to call them 3 times, sent a couple of emails. After 10 days, I eventually received an email saying that I should lock it (obviously) and there were not responsible. They didn't want to come and have a look at the damage done to the locker and repair it. After insisting, they agreed to send someone the following week. Never showed up.If you are looking for a clean and safe place to live, look elsewhere. Management does not care about their property.

Honestly Sheryl Reid is one of the best real estate agent I've met, very helpful person, patient with clients, friendly, professional of what she's doing. She put all her energy and time for you always available to answer all of your questions. I can't describe how happy I'm of her servicesI thanks Sheryl and Akelius, I'm very happy of my apartment and the area..One last thing to add I think Akelius CEO should hear that if they have more agent like Sheryl they'll be the best and best real estate rental agency, because the effort she doing look like the owner of Akelius honestly not everyone will work at off time.

Victoria has helped us since the beginning and her service has been amazing! She has always been at the best disposition, helping us, answering all of our questions, and giving solutions when we had any problem during the process of renting/moving in. She always has the best attitude!We are happy and hoping our stay at Peel Plaza starting on July would be as great as her service has been :)

From viewing to moving in, everything was extremely quick and easy. Service is really fast and efficient; you get all the required information quickly. My best experience finding and securing an apartment so far and I can’t thank Victoria enough for all the hard work she’s done! Hats off :)
