Absolutely amazing service.Delivery is incredible and the appliances are well worth the prices.Having a warranty on an item is great in pre-loved pieces.I’ve purchased many items through Kitchen Craft and am extremely happy with the appliances and service that I received.Ordered a laundry set and it didn’t fit in my space but the guys said they have a slightly smaller one in stock.Brought it over immediately and it fit like a glove!This store is better than buying new :-)Highly recommend.

Absolute worst customer service. Called on Monday to see if someone could come out tolook at my stove. They said they could put me in on Tuesday, which is fine. Waited all afternoon for them, Even left work early. I missed their phone call, that they did not leave a voicemail. And instead of trying to call again within a few minutes. They just canceled my appointment. Why would I cancel my appointment? I need my stove to work. I want to cook things again. They told us because we canceled our appointment, (which we absolutely did not) we could try to get in later in the day. No one showed up. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. I still have a broken stove. Never use this company

Does not refund. Purchased a fridge on July 12 2021. Started leaking called within the 30 days had a tech come out and tell me they would replace the fridge. Never received a call back. Called Oct 31 to see if they got a fridge to replace my broken one. Owner gave nothing but rotten attitude. Sent over a smaller fridge n Nov 4th with 2 techs one with no mask on. I have a newborn. Called to talk to owner and she was very rude and unpleasant and blamed ME for her employee telling me that I would get a fridge when they would have one come in. Would never recommend to my worst enemy.

Purchased a used dryer Feb 1st and two days ago the dryer stopped working. I was a day or 2 outside of their 3 month warranty and they sent a repair man to fix the Dryer but didn't tell me there would be a charge or how much it would be, and charged me $86 because apparently the lint filter was full. It was a 2 minute visit. I've had a few dryers over the years and have been to many laundromats as well and never has a dryer stopped working because the lint filter was full. And then to charge me $86 for a 2 minute visit is absurd.

Bottle washer from them back in January and it is still works great. As well as very friendly and accommodating customer service

The service was very impatient and waited for a full day without anyone coming. It was also very impolite to call to ask.'So rude. Finally, I decided to cancel the appointment service decisively, but it wasted a lot of my precious time. This is the most unprofessional service company I have ever met. Not recommended.

Incredible service! Called them to take my broken washerThey repaired it and brought it back in two days. Men were very polite honest and courteous. Thankyou Charlotte King!!!!

I'm giving Kitchen Craft 5 out of 5. From the moment I walked in the shop door I was greeted with friendly service. Very knowledgeable staff. Delivery was A1, the guys were great, very friendly. Would highly recommend this business, and will certainly be bringing my business back in the future.

Horrible service.The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on us. I called to express that we weren't comfortable paying the $75 fee for repair people coming out to our house because they did not even look at our washing machine before telling us he can't fix it. They were here less than 5 minutes.Do not use this company. Very dissatisfied.

Extremely unprofessional group of people. Don't show up when they say they will and when they do show up, 4 days late, they wouldn't even take the washer they agreed to pickup. I had hired movers to move it initially and they suggested I contact them as they would pick it up. After confirming with them that they would I let the movers move my other stuff and left the washer as I thought kitchen craft would pick it up. I told them everything they needed to know about the washer before hand. Now I have to pay again to hire another mover to come back for the washer, kitchen craft should be paying for this.
