All the repair work has been excellent; no issues. The mechanics explain everything. Sometimes the bill has even been less than the original estimate! Darren makes sure the customer is satisfied. I've had specialty work done on my FIAT in the past, and now driving a FORD Escape. Count me as a very satisfied customer.

Went in on Tuesday to book an appointment to change ball joints and pinion seal on my vehicle was booked in for Thursday morning. while changing pinion seal technician noticed a u-joint that needed to be replaced called me and I said replace that too. Truck drives much better

First I had mufflers and tail pipes custom fit on my Camaro. Which they specially ordered and very hard to find. It was pure art work. Custom bending, perfect fit. I am very particular. Of course I went back when I wanted my F150 4x4 leveled and realigned. The guys were amazing, fast, professional, courteous and a perfect alignment as well. A big Thankyou to the whole team at this Midas shop.

My wife went to MIDAS in Camrose to get her CV joint replaced, Midas set the appointment and my wife dropped off her vehicle. They then called and said the they had installed the wrong side then reinstalled the original CV joint and would have to rebook the appointment once the correct part showed up. Then my wife picked up her vehicle and the reinstalled CV joint fell out while she was driving away and when the mechanic came he said it wasn’t a big deal, YEAH RIGHT, anyways she did return the next day to get her proper part replaced and they did apologize but did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience that they put her through and wasting her time is not worth anything, would highly recommend that you take you vehicle to the dealer and not these backyard mechanic’s
