The people working at this location are so rude, they never make my brk sand the way I ask and treat me very poorly because I speak French to them. I go to this location often and order the same thing, they always want to park me even though there is no one else there and my food is ready. Customer service dosen't exists anymore sadly.

The staff sat on counters and chatted with each other speaking so loudly I could not enjoy my meal. It’s nice they are friendly with each other but it’s too loud and the tables were a mess of people food who had left. They chose to have fun instead of work. Didn’t feel like a&w, felt like I wasn’t welcome.

Never again. This location of A&W is by far the worst I’ve been to. They consistently serve sub-par quality food and with the prices they charge now need to be called out for it. I ordered chicken stripes today and while he was handing me the bag I looked him in the eye and asked if they were freshly made. “Yes they are” he said. Started to drive home and not only were they cold and rubbery, so we’re the fries. I think this location should just shut down due to awkward location an lack of exposure.

Pretty all right. We got poutine, and it was fine. The lady working at the register wasn't the most outgoing, but so be it. A couple was fighting with each other and screaming, it was uncomfortable, and I was honestly minutes from possibly calling the police. They stammered in and out of the facility quite a bit. Not the best dinning experience...

Great service guys. Me and my husband went to this location on Sunday and ordered a beyond meat burger combo and the taste was amazing. I have tasted the same burgers in some other a&w locations and other burger places as well. But the quality of burgers here is literally different and you guys stole our hearts. Onion rings were super good. I haven't expected that taste and quality. Amazing staff.

Took exactly 24 minutes from when I walked in the door to when I was served my 2 buddy burgers. I was first in line and 2 other people with more complicated orders were served their food first even when I had ordered much earlier. Poor customer service

10$ for a sloppy burger, no extras that I paid for. 26$ total I rather spend it at a bar. They have a reputation to uphold.
